Offloaded once, to try again?

Hi, got offloaded from my supposed to be tour to BKK dated Aug 15. Ex-OFW from Dubai umuwi ako last July lang and gusto ko lang muna sana mag tour bago magwork uli, means currently unemployed.

Hi! I plan to get my mom, dad and bf here together in dubai just for 14days, do you think it would be better for them to travel separately? Since I can only sponsor my parents. So should my bf find an agency for sponsorship? What would be the best way?

THIS TIME I PASSED THE IMMIGRATION. NAIA T1

I just want to share my own experience.

I was offloaded last 2015 in Clark bound to SG for 3Dn2N. First time traveler, Single, and have a small business (making cakes/cupcakes home based) so sympre wala akong maipakitang Company ID, Leave form, employment certif that time. Haaayyyyyy. Ang sakit sa puso.

Pero last July 30 sinubukan ko ulit. This time sa NAIA t1 naman. Nanguha na ko ng Tour Package sa SHADOW TRAVEL & TOURS. SG for 4Dn3n. This time employed na ko for almost 2yrs. May mipapakita na akong Employment Cert, leave form, company ID.

Tapos eto na yung time na nakapila ako sa Immigration, si madam I.O mukhang masungit, nakakunot noo, pero that time dasal talaga ako ng dasal, then suddenly sinabi nya sakin "ohh previously offloaded ka pala last 2015 sa Clark" so sumagot naman ako ng "yes mam" do ayan na si form nagpakita nanaman

re: Offloaded, 2nd time at NAIA Term 2

Tell your boyfriend to come to the Philippines to get you so you can face the immigration together. That's my boyfriend's back up plan before but I didn't get offloaded because we were prepared.

Entry Without VISA

Some countries permit certain nationalities to enter without an advance visa, but other conditions may apply for entry and the stay. For example, all nationalities in the European Union can generally freely travel from one country to another with almost no restrictions. Members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (or ASEAN) allow visa-free access to each other for business and tourism purposes. The United States allows certain nationals to enter under the Visa Waiver Program for tourism and business only, provided they fill out an online application prior to their arrival. Australia and Canada also have a similar system, in which certain nationals may apply online for an electronic visa without having to make a trip to the embassy.

Some countries still do not require transit visas for transits of certain lengths, such as Saudi Arabia (in airport, 18 hours), China, and the United Kingdom (only applies to certain visa required nationals).

If your destination allows others of your nationality in without a visa, don't automatically assume that you won't need one, especially if you are planning to stay for extended periods (i.e. to work, study or immigrate either temporarily or permanently). In fact, it's a good idea to inquire if you're traveling for any reason other than being a typical "tourist". This includes getting married, speaking to an audience or congregation (even if unpaid), journalism, research, professional photography, etc. Check to make certain of your status before entry. In some cases you may in fact need a visa, in others you may simply need to bring more documentation to the border. For example, Canada requires all non-visa nationals (apart from US Citizens living in a handful of border communities and who hold a special NEXUS expedited border clearance card) to present a letter of invitation if they're seeking entry for any reason outside the scope of traditional tourism - including visiting family or friends. Also, you may need a special visa if you visit remote areas where indigenous people live who are not part of the mainstream society (e.g. parts of the Amazon Basin, remote areas of Africa, the Andaman and Nicobar Islands off the coast of India, etc.)

Picture of

VISA

A visa is a document, normally affixed within the passport, allowing the bearer or alien to apply for entry into the country in question. It simply allows the alien to travel to present himself or herself to an immigration officer at a designated port-of-entry. It does not guarantee entry into that country; the officer on the spot may still reject you. However, for many places not having a visa guarantees rejection at the border if you make it that far and is quite likely to prevent boarding an aircraft or ship to get there.

UNEMPLOYED

My sister and I are going to hk for 4 days. She's employed pero under job order lang while ako kakagraduate ko lang kaya unemployed pa. Tanong ko lang ano hinahanap ng IO, meron na kaming rt ticket tapos yung hotel mga a day or before pa kami magbook para just in case na ayaw namin sa hotel na yun pwede lang macancel agad without charge. First time din namin magtravel abroad.

Offloaded, 2nd time at NAIA Term 2

Hi. I'm leaving for Dubai sana last August 2 for a month vacation.

Yesterday I tried naman ulit, this time dala ko na yung required docs na paid in cash hotel booking plus receipt under my name but hindi nila ina-aaccept even yung hotel manager na mismo naka-usap na din nila. They were looking for the receipt daw na I really paid the hotel, which I cant provide kasi si boyfriend ang nagbayad dun in behalf of me. The hotel confirmed them already, sent the scanned receipt again na may stamp but ayaw pa rin tanggapin.

Please advise me what to do. I already paid the hotel booking and two nights na akong nagbabayad na di ko nagamit yung hotel. Thank you.

Ive been offloaded once and when i asked for a refund for my travel tax i've been asked to sign my passport. What is the implication for this? Is it their proof that ive been offloaded once?

Thanks.

re: re: sg

How about funding your own trip to SG pero nagbook lang talaga ng hotel si bf? Haha

Picture of

re: sg

most common cases/causes ng offload sa SG is ang paghinalaan kang magwowork dun kaya if wala kang relatives dun most likely offload ka, but if u prove to them na ikaw magfund ng travel mo u can make ur way to SG. ask a copy na lang ng hotel and print it pakita mo sa io. red flag sa kanila kasi u less fiance mo and u have cfo. dont forget the necessary documents din like LOA, payslip, bank statement, etc. just to show them proof that it's purely travel. pero paghindi naman nila hiningi

wag mo na ilabas. look and act smart and look excited, yung iba kasi kinakabahan.

re: re: re: Offloaded once!

Ha ha ha you have lied to the IO. Its ok but next time you have to prepare everything regarding your status...ha ha ha ....See you in singapore someday...Good Luck...ha ha ha
