The data dictionary, at https://ourairports.com/help/data-dictionary.html, says that ident is '...if nothing else is available, an internally-generated code starting with the ISO2 country code, followed by a dash and a four-digit number.'. However, this airport, has an ident of SK-001, ie just a three-digit number. As do 514 other airports, namely SK-002 SK-003 SK-005 etc, up to SK-528 (there are some gaps in the numbers). I'd guess, what's happened, is ourairports originally went for a three-digit number. But then realised that would not suffice, and went for a four-digit scheme. And with that change, started again, for *different* airports, with SK-0001 SK-0002 SK-0003 SK-0004 SK-0005 etc. Anyways anyways, I'd suggest the data dictionary ident words be revised to add the following: Or for early allocated Columbian airports, by a dash and a three-digit number (SK-001 through SK-528, with gaps).'
