Reply to @Chally: Thanks for the information. All the TAF and METAR information on OurAirports currently comes from a free US government source -- it's complete for Canada, the US, and Western Europe, as far as I can tell, but likely misses some reports from smaller stations elsewhere.

Metar and Taf are only available from Russian Met office

Non russian aircrafts must have a navigator on board. Use the parking stands on the south side of the apron because the surface load bearing capacity.
