Rustenburg (FARG), is an Unmanned Airfield. The Only Fuel available at the moment is AVGAS100. The Airfield is situated 1NM NE of the city of Rustenburg. The Airfield is compliant for Night Flying. For Transportation from the Airfield, Call John's Taxi Cell No. 082 7712146.

Pilanesberg Int., amazing airport beautiful runway but at night invisible to the average Flyer. Trick is to Press the PTT (Push To Talk) 3 times to switch on and up to 7 times for intensity. After the 7th push the runway lighting will switch off. Easiest way to locate the airfield is 3NM on a radial 050 FRM PNV. Enjoy !!!

It's of great sadness that I read in today's Beeld 29 Jan 2014 of the tragic accident in which Piet Smit fellow aviator and owner of Aviators Paradise died in a plane crash shortly after take off at Wonderboom airport. My sincere condolences to his family and friends. R.I.P.

This Airfield is situated in a very lovely part of the North West Province-my son fly's at this airfield.Tricky with a crosswind and you need to know what you doing here! not for the fainthearted pilot.

Fantastic People and a great Clubhouse -Piper(watch dog) always there to meet us with a wagging tail and smile.

Potch airfield is the home to Akavlieg Potcheftsroom, a prominent gliding club in South Africa. The airfield is also home to the JS factory - a 18m glider factory. This glider has performed exceptionally well in world competitions. The extra runway was never really needed for the Spaniards, but a "Lanseria" might just kill the gliding of. It might have been good if all stakeholders were considered before the big ideas started flying around.

University, colleges, Government Departments, people from Potch + neighbour towns and mines can use this airport effectively. You wasted the tax payers money on the Spaniards and don’t use this airport to it’s full potential. Why don’t you develop a kind of a “Lanseria” airport?

everyone should jump out of an aircraft... its great. SkyDive Rustenburg is a great spot with awesome people...
