We sat on our plane for over an hour waiting for the truck to come and de-ice our plane then it ran out of de-icer and didn’t com back for over another hour! We were not updated and why is there not more support to de-ice planes? This is not good practice, customer service or acceptable for us to have to sit here for over 2 hours. I personally had to try to rearrange my transportation from the airport as I had a previously scheduled van pick up. Everyone is very frustrated.

The airport has an $8 landing fee for light piston aircraft, but the FBO has reasonably good gas prices ($5.20/gallon on 12 May 2008).
