Its under development. the Masterplans are truly great but environmental impact is still unknown and its feasibility in the existing structure is a long process due to acclimation of existing infrastructure around DXB.
It is planned to be the world's largest airport and will be able to handle 265 million passengers yearly. It will eventually replace Dubai International Airport.
