A0608/24 NOTAMR A0418/24 Q) OOMM/QPIXX/IV/NBO/A/000/999/2336N05817E005 A) OOMS B) 2411060700 C) 2502032359 EST E) PILOTS ARE REMINDED THAT THE FINAL APCH PATH VERTICAL PATH ANGLE (VPA) BASED ON BARO VNAV IS AFFECTED BY TEMPERATURE AND AD ELEV. DURING COLD TEMPERATURES, THE ACFT S VERTICTAL PATH CAN BE LOWER THAN THE PUBLISHED VPA AND DURING HIGH TEMPERATURES THE ACFT S VERTICAL PATH CAN BE HIGHER THAN THE PUBLISHED VPA. DURING HIGH TEMPERATURES RANGING FROM 35 DEG CELSIUS TO 50 DEG CELSIUS THE EFFECTIVE VPA WILL BE HIGHER (3.2 TO 3.4 DEG) COMPARED TO THE PUBLISHED VPA (3.0 DEG) WHICH COULD POTENTIALLY CREATE DIFFICULTIES FOR ENERGY MANAGEMENT ON FINAL APCH AND LEAD TO A SLIGHTLY HIGH OR HIGH INDICATION ON THE PAPI (3.0 DEG).
