This airport did exist. Recently the "X" at the end of the runway was paved over. The old runway is currently being used as a taxiway for the landing strip across the street.
Iām not so sure of this AirPort is real. While i was looking at some AirPort in Miami area i found this AirPort called Redland field so i decided to add this AirPort on Ourairports. If your wondering where i found this this AirPort Was on zipdatamaps.com.
