is this a scam
i was wondering if anyone has heard of a scam from a lady named judith fortune.she is claiming to have two english bulldogs and she cant have them because the apartment shes moving into dosent permit them.this is the shipping info:name:alain ngala country:kamerun state:douala city:akwa address:airport street 2 zip code:00237.shes triing to get $280.00 oout of me.she sent me certificates online and they looked decent but this seams a little funny to me and i dont want ripped off.i didnt know about any of this stuff until i looked up the airport.so if someone could let me know i would be grateful
