Reply to @Lina: Muzaffarpur is sub capital of Bihar and capital of North Bihar.So Government of Bihar should give or bulit High Court bench in Muzaffarpur and give or bulit big Airport.
Muzaffarpur is also known as Licchavi(Vaishali). It is real and only name of this city from ancient time.
