I think there an gps coordinates inversion between runways 02R and 20L in the runways csv :)

I *think* they're correct — at least, the latitude for the threshold of 02L is north of the latitude of the threshold of 02R, as it should be.

Airport is said to have no airline service. This is wrong, several airlines fly to this airport.
