LECU shows the Metar information from LEGT, a close by airport but with different metar. The correct weather / metar information should be from LEVS with is the military runway located at LECU. This difference affect because some times as an example, LEGT may show IFR conditions but LEVS / LECU have VFR conditions. This can be confusing, LECU is open for VFR but shows IFR.

THere is no airport near this location. Also, this is Senegal, not Spain. Recommend you delete this.
