Spain airport problem reports

I have doubts about the recent change of ICAO code: the Spanish AIP continues to give it as LERJ. Cfr. https://aip.enaire.es/AIP/#LERJ

Location should be Fuerteventura, not El Matorral town.

LECU shows the Metar information from LEGT, a close by airport but with different metar. The correct weather / metar information should be from LEVS with is the military runway located at LECU. This difference affect because some times as an example, LEGT may show IFR conditions but LEVS / LECU have VFR conditions. This can be confusing, LECU is open for VFR but shows IFR.

The coordinate "he_longitude_deg" for the runway id=598,807 in the airport ident=ES-0368 (Cuatro Vientos Madrid) has the wrong signal as should be negative (-3.78) as is located West and not East.
