In light of my original comment above, how do categorize this facility as it is still open as an airfield/airbase, but not as a commercial airport? Perhaps you need to add another type airport/airfield/airbase, especially if it has both a military and commercial application. Please advise.

Is this really an "airport" or a "highway strip," something you would see in North Korea?
