Florida airport problem reports

i have no proof this airport was real i checkded charts with so sign of this airports existence

I cannot find any reliable source suggesting this airport’s existence. It is not depicted on any topographic map, or directory as far as I can see. There’s also no sign of existence on satellite imagery, as theres only been a farm there.

The user who added this airstrip has stated that the “airport” was not real. Nonetheless, there is no evidence of an airstrip ever existing, and was an undeveloped open field until real-estate development commenced by the early 2000s. The ICAO KFLR is for the former Fall River Municipal Airport.

I have checked online directories, available USGS topographic maps and historic satellite imagery. I haven’t been able to locate any “Bradley Strip”, nor was I able to confirm its existence. It appeared that the land was swampy and marsh, and would be unsuitable for a small airstrip anyways.

Runway is 3400’ paved. Visible on the airfield photo. The paved/turf listed causes performance programs to calculate the wrong data and some insurance companies decline to quote for a paved/turf runway.

Plan to reject this report, rwy info is per FAA, 4600' TODA, 3400' paved & 1200' turf.

KFLL does not have a Runway 13-31

Runway 9-27 is now 10-28 and recently resurfaced. The airport UNICOM frequency is 122.9 which is also the AWOS frequency (4 clicks) and and has pilot controlled runway lights (5 clicks)

Runways also has a rotating beacon runway lights (sorry no taxi lights) and PAPI for both runway approach ends. Windsocks also located at both end of runway. This is a private use airport so prior permission is required to land.

This is nowhere near Worthington Springs, despite being the correct lat/long on AirNav (which means yet again the FAA database itself is very wrong). I strongly suspect this is a duplicate of Flying Tiger Field, because there are no other airfields within 15 miles of Worthington Springs.

It looks like this airport has an ICAO code KCDK, could it be added?

This location is no longer in use, they moved their operations down the street to their current location (about a mile east). This location can be identified easily, as it used to be right next to the American Gladiators Dinner Theater, and it is now "The Rock Church". Even the B205 that was red and placed out front for display has been moved to its current location, exactly one mile east on 192. The current location was also a backdrop to the 2017 movie "The Florida Project".

FIN is the ICAO code for AYFI, thus a conflict in searching. Perhaps identifying by KFIN would be useful.

FIN is the IATA code, not ICAO code for AYFI and it is correctly associated as such. It looks like ourairports prioritizes ICAO results (It's matching KFIN and returning this airport)

The airport is still listed in the CSV file as KX40. It was renamed to KINF awhile ago, but I cannot find out exactly when.

Another business has bought the airport and is now using it as a solar panel field. Nobody can access the airport unless authorized.
