Michigan airport problem reports

The asphalt runway at Ionia County Airport (Y70 / ICAO KY70) has been renumbered by the FAA from 09/27 to 10/28 due to magnetic variation drift. Current FAA data (Chart Supplement / AirNav) shows Runway 10/28, 4298 x 75 ft asphalt, magnetic headings 096/276. The OurAirports runway record still lists 09/27. The turf runway 18/36 is unchanged.
