"le_latitude_deg", "le_longitude_deg", "he_latitude_deg", and "he_longitude_deg" of the below runways are missing:

- 01R/19L

- 08L/26R

The lat, lon coordinates are missing for runways 01R and 08L.

It looks like the ICAO code is KRTS, why the ident field is K4T2? your data dictionary says that the ident field is the same as ICAO code when available.
