New York airport problem reports

Yes, someone listed a helipad in the runway list, which is not what we are supposed to list among the runways. People are only allowed to add runways but not deleting them, making it really easy to have spam runways but no one can do anything about it when the mods don't see it. @Bill35 , hope you can help.

Also, I just noticed that NY92 is now a different airport. Should the identifier for this one be changed to 2N4 as well?

Please add a GPS code for this airport of 2N4. Currently there is no GPS code set. This for consistency with other airport databases. Thanks!

Again, on many IATA code you are considering that the US coding (starting with a K and followed by 3 letter) can be simplified by removing the K. This is definitively not correct, and SDC is not the 3-letter code for KSDC - the airport simply does not have one! It is really annoying, especially since it discredits the good work of all other contributions.

SDC is a local code, not an IATA code.

The name of the airport is LaGuardia, without the space

It appears that the LaGuardia VOR-DME has been moved from its reported position of 40.7879, -73.8771 on Rikers' Island to an artificial island with connecting causeway, 0.15 NM on a heading of 130 to the port side of 22's threshold.

Also, for the country code ZZ, the Wikipedia link provided is invalid -- maybe it should be blank or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1_alpha-2 where there is information on ZZ? The continent should probably be blank as well.
