Oregon airport problem reports

Runway 9-27 is now 10-28 (changed about a year ago). Also key words should be Corvallis Oregon. Albany is 20 miles away.

Airport is listed as having no commercial service; this is incorrect as of a few days ago, when Avelo Airlines began service to the airport.
