Great day trip for a pie at the Miami Bakehouse next door
Visited this strip for a pie at the Miami bakehouse. Strip is quite rough - fenced on both sides so animals don't get in. Prior permission is required from the owner.

decent facilities. Has a landing fee.
great place
Friendly people, nice runways, lots of cool kit built aircraft and projects going on.
Great day trip
Awesome views, good day trip. There's a bunch of cafe's overlooking the reef and ocean 10mins walk north of the airport (sealed road). If you keep an eye out on takeoff or landing there's also a surprise in one of the forests - see if you can spot it.
Remember circuits are RH on 09 (all are to the south to avoid overflying the settlement) check the ERSA it has full details. https://www.airservicesaustralia.com/aip/aip.asp

papercollar@bigpond.com. Unsealed grass. Beware tall trees. Likely quite dangerous in certain wind conditions as the strip is 5.3nm from Bluff Knoll Mountain 3,606 ft
