Custom at arrival, lot of headhack ... WELCOME !
Very, very bad souvenirs due to the Custom's welcome.
Either, bar/restaurant/shop: EXCELLENT ambiance, nice & friendly people.
Still, I'll avoid Cherbourg due to custom.
