SDTV is an airport in Bahia, Brazil. I removed the keyword SJOY from this airport. Someone put it back. Searching for SJOY, an airport in Paraná, Brazil leads to SDTV which is wrong. There is no reason for this SJOY keyword, it's leading to a wrong airport.

I've fixed search so that ICAO codes will get priority over keywords, so there's no longer any reason to leave the old ident out of the keywords.
