Having just returned from Limon on a visit that walked by this location I can confidently state that there is no airport at the marked location. So far as I know there is no airport anywhere in Limon.
Locals told me that there is a private landing strip some miles away, or at least there used to be, but I don't know exactly where nor whether it is still there.

The Honduras government wants to move international flights to Tegucigalpa from ToncontÃn to the Soto Cano Air Base (XPL), which already hosted them temporarily earlier in 2008. Smaller planes and domestic flights would continue to use ToncontÃn. There's no schedule for the change, yet.

Google Earth (5/2001) shows the runway was a 400 m straight stretch of dirt road. Current Google Earth shows houses now built along the roadside.
