It /is/ the only Airport in Montserrat, the previous international airport was destroyed by the volcano.

This airport was mostly buried in a volcanic eruption in 1997 (if you zoom in, you can still see parts of the runway). Montserrat was without an airport until 2005, when TRPG opened.

The airport was renamed in 2008, according to the Wikipedia article. This appears to be the only airport in Montserrat.
