After the opening of the new King Mswati III International Airport in September 2014, it only serves royal movements, flights of the Eswatini Government, and mercy flights.
Very quiet airfield - few facilities - If waiting for the Jo'burg service the lodge on the way out (just above the derelict Arava) does a good steak and local beer (in a public restaurant - through main entrance, under (smaller of the two) red roof....)
