This is an uncontrolled and abandoned airstrip called "Doyon Strip", rather than "Dawson City Airport, which is in West Yukon, Canada. My organization uses this airstrip on occasion and are probably the only people who use it, so I'm not surprised there's confusion on the name.

Kiska Army Airfield is actually located on the small peninsula just to the Northeast of its location marked here - its outline should be visible.

Cannot reproduce -- airport is correctly assigned to US-AK.

I was walking passed the tall grey and orange light poles/towers and saw that one of the doors of one of

the cages built around the bottom of the poles was

open. I went to close the door and the clasp was

broken and the door unlocked. Close to gate W5

and down the gravel road towards the poles.

Flew over this airstrip the other day, and it's completely grown over by alders.

The airport is still marked as open in official documents. This note might be better off as a comment on the airport, rather than a problem report.

The website/database has none listed for the iata of Port Lions Airport (ORI) despite it being official on iata.org
