Florida airport problem reports

There is no airstrip here according to topography maps. It presumably is most likely two warehouses used for storage.

I have checked online directories, available USGS topographic maps and historic satellite imagery. I haven’t been able to locate any “Bradley Strip”, nor was I able to confirm its existence. It appeared that the land was swampy and marsh, and would be unsuitable for a small airstrip anyways.

i accidentally fucked it up and placed it at the wrong location when using the longitude and latitude system, and it just submitted.

Airport closed between 1952-1955. Wasn’t depicted on the sectional chart for Miami in 1955.

airport is very obviously NOT an airport, just a road. i believe the given codes relate to a location in pine island, which is in lee county, NOT in the florida keys.

I cannot find any reliable source suggesting this airport’s existence. It is not depicted on any topographic map, or directory as far as I can see. There’s also no sign of existence on satellite imagery, as theres only been a farm there.

The user who added this airstrip has stated that the “airport” was not real. Nonetheless, there is no evidence of an airstrip ever existing, and was an undeveloped open field until real-estate development commenced by the early 2000s. The ICAO KFLR is for the former Fall River Municipal Airport.

Runway is 3400’ paved. Visible on the airfield photo. The paved/turf listed causes performance programs to calculate the wrong data and some insurance companies decline to quote for a paved/turf runway.

Plan to reject this report, rwy info is per FAA, 4600' TODA, 3400' paved & 1200' turf.

Runway 9-27 is now 10-28 and recently resurfaced. The airport UNICOM frequency is 122.9 which is also the AWOS frequency (4 clicks) and and has pilot controlled runway lights (5 clicks)

Runways also has a rotating beacon runway lights (sorry no taxi lights) and PAPI for both runway approach ends. Windsocks also located at both end of runway. This is a private use airport so prior permission is required to land.

This is nowhere near Worthington Springs, despite being the correct lat/long on AirNav (which means yet again the FAA database itself is very wrong). I strongly suspect this is a duplicate of Flying Tiger Field, because there are no other airfields within 15 miles of Worthington Springs.
