87TX is Fainting Goat Airport in Blum, TX. Confirmed here https://www.airnav.com/airport/87TX (Fainting goat is entered as ZZ-0003, but I don't think that this is correct.)

Searching AirNav for "Porter Ranch Airport" returns 68CN in https://www.airnav.com/airport/68CN (The database also has it listed as https://ourairports.com/airports/68CN/ )

Please relist Fainting goat as 87TX and remove the errant Porter Ranch entry.

Porter Ranch is not an "error", the FAA delists and reassigns FAA LIDs all the time. If you google "porter ranch 87tx" you will find other databases where this is still listed.
