No Pilot Info Page
The airport's pilot info page doesn't exist but the airfield is mostly used for general aviation and local operations in the city. The airport's runway length is 1,118m.
Delayed Construction
The Kurdistan Regional Government started the project in 2012 but they have faced many delays and the planned opening date is unknown. It will serve as the third international airport in the Kurdish region of Iraq upon completion.

Does anyone have any info on this airstrip? It seems to be an equestrian facility and wedding venue on google maps but I can't find any info on any airstrip here.
