Hello! The FIG NDB no longer exists, it's a VOR now, 114.7,

IATA code is missing (CYS)

Runways don't make sense. 09-27, and also 27-09 ... ?

Wonder if someone tried to indicate a displaced threshold by creating a second runway layout...?

This is nowhere near Worthington Springs, despite being the correct lat/long on AirNav (which means yet again the FAA database itself is very wrong). I strongly suspect this is a duplicate of Flying Tiger Field, because there are no other airfields within 15 miles of Worthington Springs.

Does this airfield actually exist?? The location is a long way from the town of Yea, and is in a narrow wooded valley. It's inconceivable that there could be an airfield there. Close to Yea is the Yeaburn airfield YYEA which is visible on the satellite images.
