My husband and I flew out from BWI this morning and my husband has a physical disability- and has a ostomy bag - he was embarrassed by your security team and treated like a thieve. He was harassed by 3 - 4 of your staff while he tried to explain his problem, they were very rude and he was quit embarrassed as other people watched , why he wasn’t taken into a private area ? Is beyond me
This is very unacceptable for such a business that deals with the public that has disabilities.
