He was harassed by 3 - 4 of your staff while he tried to explain his problem, they were very rude and he was quit embarrassed as other people watched , why he wasn’t taken into a private area ? Is beyond me This is very unacceptable for such a business that deals with the public that has disabilities. Very disappointing as we always used BWI - no More !! Maybe some changes of Empathy from your staff may keep your clients happy. |
