my kids found bulldog puppies on adoos.com the pups were for free but they tried to scam me. when i said to them that i believed they were trying to scam me they sent me a message saying they want an apology from me & they were going to get the FBI involved. well all i can say is they can KISS MY BIG FAT ASS they didn't get a cent out of me.

I received an email from a Joesph Masterson's wife saying the were oncologist doctors from New York but got sent to Cameroon for work. She needed $100 to ship the dog to me... I new it was a scam. The airport called me, as soon I would ignore it I'd call it back and it would be disconnected. Now I am just messing with them! WHAT FUN! I am wasting their time like they are wasting mine!!! Does anyone know if this airport is even real?

OH my GOSH! I just spent 90 dollars on a Yorkie puppy from somebody by the name of unclemitterand@yahoo.com! I sent the money out yesterday morning and he said i would receive the puppy no later then today! I talked to him on the phone and everything! I feel so stupid and I'm PISSED! After he emailed me and said that the he was on his way to Douala International Airport that's when i decided to do some research and i founds out that all this was a scam!! He said that his wife had died two weeks ago and he needed to give away 2 puppies that he had but he wanted to keep them together so he wanted to give me both and i said no i just wanted one and that's when he said it was just going to be 90 bucks for 1. So i paid the bastard and now he's coming up with all this BS and how he's been busy all day trying to get paper work together and shit blah blah blah blah..i can't believe that people actually scam others this way! I believe in karma and i hope it goes around twice as bad to this dumb ass who ripped me off!

I inquired about a Yorkie in Watkinsville, GA on Petfinder.com AngelicaJoli@live.com responded saying the family was doing research in Cameroon and had no time for the puppy that is 13wks and named Tina. She said I could have her all I had to pay was $110 to have her shipped, I responded I would not pay up front so I split the cost with her I wired (Western Union) $55 to her fiance Junior Ekane (she would be busy and couldn't pick up the money). All went well until the next day I got an email from the airport stating I had to pay $232 for insurance for Tina and I would get a refund of $200 from the company when she was delivered. I was very suspicious so I did research and found this site!!!!! Thank God I am only out $55. Just remember if it is too good to be true then it probably is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I also have been talking to someone named "Betiila" from Cameroon in Africa. Supposed "missionaries" that don't have time for the puppies.They are giving away 2 English Bulldogs MIMI and DIDI. I asked thm for specific information about where in the USA they purchased the dogs as well as their pedegree information. They were vague and said that their mother left them to them on her deathbed. What a load of crap. No one gives away a 2500.00 puppy, I don't care who you are. All they want is you to pay the shipping costs. This is a scam. If it sounds to good to be true it probably is. Also I have posted the web link to where they are advertising this.

THEN I GOT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM THE AIRPORT ASKING THAT ALL THE INFORMATION WAS CORRECT. AFTER I REPLIED TO THE CONFIRMING ALL THE INFO WAS CORRECT THEY SEND ME ANOTHER EMAIL SAYING I NEEDED TO SEND THEM ANOTHER $475 THROUGH WESTERN UNION FOR INSURANCE PAPERS ON THE DOG. Shipping of the wrong puppy
We paid an individual in london for a puppy to be shipped to house. we received notification that the puppy had been shipped. We later received a message that the puppy had been shipped to false location. We received a message that the puppy had been sent to cameroon. We then receive another message that we need to pay almost 400,00 Euro for a certain type of transport case and a stress shot. We wrote to the e-mail address and informed that the shipping agency was to pay for the false shipping and we would not pay anything. A e-mail form the Douala International Airport said the the pet agency had paid 800,00 euro and we still owe them 300,00 euro.

A yorkie puppy named TINA
I was lookin on a website and saw this yorkie puppy she was free. So i started emailing this lady and she asked questions I awnsered all the questions that she asked and I feel into it. She said that she was going to be getting the puppy ready to come to me. She gave me all the information on the dog and all the info on the money gram she said that the flight will be 175.00 so i sent the money gram to her, I thought that she was a very nice lady and that she said she was a christian at that, I am very pissed that someone could do this. I then got a email from the "airport" sayin that i needed another 490.00 for the insurance on her. So I emailed this lady and she said that she would still come up with half for me and that I would as well. I dont think so she almost had me, not this person.! I was ripped out of 175.00 and I tell you what I am very pissed off and I want my money back but I know I will not get it. this is so redicous I tell you what.

yea i seen on this website kijji an english bull dog puppy and it said free so i started emailing the guy.he told me i had to westurn unioun him 200.00 for the flight of the puppy so i did he gave me this name yaro sallow and cameroon for the country any way the next day he emails me saying i needed to send him 800.00 for insurance or they couldnt shipp it so we did cause they said all this money was refundable then the same day they send us an email saying we had to send them 700.00 b/c the dog was at the animal hospital in mississippi and needed vactionation that cost 600.00 and a crate that cost 100.00
so we sent that and the next day they email us an say that our dog died while in transit to my house in jersey and im so pissed cause that was my daughters christmas and bday money now i have nothing
African Grey
I contacted this person about an African Grey Parrot and they also came off as a good Christian person. I contacted them about a bird that was supposedly close by so I could pick it up. That is when I was told that they were on missionary work in Cameroon and that they no longer have time for the birds. At once, this seemed fishy to me. If you advertise a bird in one place, why are you located in another? Not to mention, without even telling them where I was located, they told me how long the flight would take. I went ahead and gave false information to follow through and make sure that this was the same scum bags I read about here, and sure enough, I recieved an email back asking for all of my personal information, every sentence ended in ok, so at once, I knew it was the same scamming idiots. I then wrote them back telling them how sad and pathetic they were for scamming innocent, unsuspecting people, who were kind and trusting. It is really sad when people like this float by screwing people out of their hard earned money. I found the birds on birdsnow.com. Watch out for these as well.

I found female teacup yorkie on buyandsell.com I didnt think anything of it. Her fee was $120. I was like wow thats a really great deal. So I sent the money. Her name was Tina Dawson. Stay away from this woman! She puts on a story that will suck you in.. She says it was her daughters dog and that she died in a car crash 3 weeks beforehand. She comes off as a good "christian" woman. Then I get an email from the airport that I have to send $360 to cover the insurance. I thought it was a little wierd so I didnt send the money. I have been trying to get in touch with the woman so now she wont answer me. I am now out $120. I hate that this happened. Especially during the Christmas season. I want to tell everyone out there about this awful scheme and put this to an end.

He lives next state over and they're free. It's funny. I responded to an ad from Uncle Henry's. A local book, people buy, barter and trade from. I was delighted to see free puppies! My children desperately wanted a dog. I emailed the ad, and got a response from a woman whose name was Kristine Lee. She stated that she is 29, pregnant and married to Emmanuel Gomia. She stated they were moving and couldnt take the puppies...This whole story about how her grandfather was breeder and she got a dog for her wedding present and these puppies where the result. She then asked me for $100 per puppy. When I questioned it, since they were listed as free, she said I sounded wonderful and she would just send me the dogs....Then I decided to check, since it all sounded a little odd. And here I am. Luckily, I didnt send any money, or give out and information except the town that I live in. I was very basic. Watch out every one...! Her name is changing, but thr story is the samE!!!!

I was almost scammed too! Luckily, I couldn't read the address on the email they sent as a "confirmation" So, when I looked up the agency I saw everyone's reports about it all being a scam! I got the same story about a mission trip, blah, blah, blah! Thank goodness for your responses! I sent an email back stating I didn't want to be ripped off but a stupid money hungry thief! I was already scammed, Same story according to yours, her family and her are on a missionary supposedly and when they moved they couldnt take any animals from another country so they are giving them away. They were coming from cameroon and stopping in France. I didn't pay a lot, but I am out $100. Compared to others I would say I am lucky. A friend of mine said it was probably a scam, and when I got an email from the "France" airport, they said that I had to pay an insurance fee, but that it was all refundable. I didn't want to be out $550 so I decided to do some research. Then I found this website, and everyone convinced me. I didn't want to believe but I guess it is true. The bad thing is that i gave some of my information. Now I am going to have to change my phone number.
