There is a door leading to gates after security check but it is prohibited to use the door unless one has the access card. There are customers on both side of the door but usage of the door is prohibited under penalty and possibly prison sentance. Must get routed through the shop.

The current despotic quasi-tsar of the tinpot republic of Estonia, an Americanized Swede, spent a fortune unnecessarily enhancing this NATO airbase despite other more important domestic issues requiring these funds. This action escalated tensions between this tiny part of the Baltic and their longstanding friends and neighbours in the Russian Federation. Yet another example of the xenophobia endemic in this region of the E.U.!
Saturday, 9 June 2012 will take place at the airport Rapla Estonian Private Pilots Union, and organized jointly by the NGO Rapla airport daily flight which will bring together a large part of Estonian amateur pilots and aviation enthusiasts.
Rapla already traditional event every summer for the popular family event will be more acquainted with the flight instruments, and their pilots to chat with. Four local small Cessna 172 airplane takes flight, and the interest of those wishing to cloud boundary can be more confident in Estonia Parachute Club to try parachute jump with an instructor in tandem under the shadow of a joint. Rock band offers entertainment department. The event is free for spectators.
The day of departure is expected to operate aircraft L-410, An-2, Wilga 35, Cessna 150, Cessna 172, Ikarus 42, BN-2A Islander, Eurostar EV-97, A1B Husky, helicopters Robinson R44 and Enström480, in addition to Delta plans and engine shield. Skydiving at the appropriate weather conditions throughout the day.
The planned schedule:
10:00 to 10:30 Arrival of Aircraft.
10:30 to 11:00 Briefing pilots.
11:00 to 11:15 Opening Day Air.
11:15 to 12:00 Skydiving plane An-BN-2A and the second
12:00 to 13:00 Presentation of Aircraft Ground spectators, various aviation sites labs.
12:30 to 13:30 the band performing.
13:30 to 15:00 the flight of aircraft, parachute jumping, pleasure flights and tandem jumps for spectators.
3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. departure of aircraft, parachute jumping and continuing interest in flying.
4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. flight days to complete.
Depending on weather conditions, changes may be planned.
