First priority is that you should ameliorate the condition of deteriorate airport which becomes so much important for the peoples now-a-days. And quickly start the railway link between muzaffarpur and patna. I will believe that you should definitely take lessons from china where they built a 45 km bridge on sea with 16 lane and to complete ib almost 4 yrs

Management also need to talk with D G C A & the private airlines operators . At the same time B S L should modernize & expand the airport infrastructure by providing the basic requirement like (Terminal building, A T C tower,Parking area, etc. )

Thereis a great need of domestic airport in koshi zone dosent matter it is saharsa or purnea.The rush in the trains conecting delhi mumbai, chennai and other major cities tokoshi zone n katihar can describe the need.And also the nepali citizens from eastern nepal go to bagdogra to take flight to indian cites.Domestic airport in this area can develop not only the place but also create direct or indirect job n buisnessto boost economic development.
