re: Lost luggage
I was obliged to let my luggage loaded inside the aircraft of Kenya airways whereas l wanted to keep it with me as hand luggage as allowed on my ticket in business class. It was from Kigali to Paris with stop in Nairobia for transfer... l was surprised to have my luggage missing at my arrival this morning with no news on where it could be...the thing is that's the second times l have to do with a missing luggage with Kenya airways. I will be travelling tomorrow from Paris to Casablanca and urgently need my luggage
I've been told by Air France which l bought my ticket from that there is no news on where my luggage could be and that l should wait until they found it...
Please, with the reliable security systems in place at the airport of Kigali, it would help a lot if l could have any information proving that the luggage left Kigali in the plane KQ444 of 3rd December 2016.

Ground transportation to Helsinki
There are trains (and buses, but I have no experience with them) going from HEL to Helsinki Central Railway Station in the city centre (Helsingin päärautatieasema). The trains take 25-30 minutes and both lines (I and P) go every 10 minutes. Information on the train is also given in english. One-way adult tickets are 5.50, 24h tickets for the region (including Helsinki, Vantaa, Espoo and Kauniainien) is 12 Euro. Tickets can be bought at the baggage claim area within the airport, at the train stations themselves (airport and railway station) or from a conductor in some trains (trains are marked, if there is or is no ticket sale available on the train or in which carrier). Nagwwork ako dito sa brunei and i was planning to go to dubai dis january. And nagcheck ako ng flights may connecying flights pa. So from here in brunei to manilaand manila to dubai ang magiging itinerary ko. Dadaan pa din ba ko ng immigration? Magkakaproblema pa ba ko dun pagkalayover?
