Having Difficulties!
I just back from Jeddah on last Monday and transit at HSIA airport, as we have around 6 hours transit time, we couldn't go anywhere instead mingle around the airport, enduring the mosquito bite is not a good things around this airport as it was stated as International airport.. One thing that I most regret is when the process of check in. That day I am having a bad flu/fever, I am a patient with Asthma Bronchitis problem, when they checking on me, they took my Vicks vaporax and another medical (liquid) but it was less then 20ml.. They even want to take my turbo haler. I told them not to take my turbo haler as it was my life support, if anything happen to me inside a plane how can I survive?? Only then they agreed not to take the turbo haler but still they took those two medicine. I was very upset! Inside the flight I was trembling all the way from Dhaka to Kuala Lumpur, I try to ask the cabin crew but they didn't have any oil to make me warm. It was a nightmare to me!! I will never going back to this airport again in the future!!!!!!!!

The current ruling government in maharastra i.e NCP and CONGRESS is not developeing anything in vidharbha, amravati sez is also without industries and amravati airport is also not developed,dam on tapi river in dharni taluqa of amravati district is not being constructed.

developement work in amravati city has been stopped as soon as pratibhatai devising patil retired from the post of president of india that's why there is no developement going on about rail wagon factory,amravati airport,amravati sez,dam on tapi river in dharani tahasil(taluqa) in amravati district.

developement work in amravati city in vidharbha has been stopped sice pratibhatai devising patil has become ex-president of india, no airport developement and no developement of amravati sez not a single company has come or started in amravti sez, shame on the government.

Sana po consistent ang timbangan sa NAIA. Pabalik kami ng USA via Cathay Pacific, ang sabi sa counter, ok ang timbang, pagdating sa gate, bigla akong inistop ni Mr Malabag at sabi ay bumalik daw ako sa counter at over ang handcarry ko. Sabi ko, accdg sa CP counter, ok na, sabi niya, kailangan bumalik ako ulit sa counter. Paglapit ko sa counter, tinanong ng CP counter employee ano po ang problema, sinabi ko na sabi ni Mr Malabag, timbangin mo daw ulit kasi daw pati HANDBAG kasama. I even told the CP employee, na d2 lang sa Pinas ganito kagulo at pati handbag, kasama sa timbang eh di ba dapat handcarry lang. I've been to Europe, Australia and other Asian countries, pero d2 lang sa ating bansa ganito. Accdg sa CP employee, ok naman ang handcarry & handbag ko kasi wala naman akong puedeng tangalin sa handbag ko kung lumabis man ako ng 1k kasi ang laman ng aking handbag ay mga gamot ko at personal na bagay. Pagdating ko ulit sa gate, tinimbang niya ulit at sabi 9k daw ang handcarry ko, sabi ko sa kanya, paano mangyayari yan, eh, lumakad lang ako papunta sa kanya mula sa CP counter, 8k lang. Kaya ang tanong ko kay Mr Malabag, kung eto ba ang tinatawag nating, "It's more fun in the Philippines". Sana po, tignan natin ang mga ganitong issues kasi nakakaupset sa mga balikbayan na tulad namin. Huwag lang sana tayo maging magalang sa mga banyaga, sana pati sa ating mga kababayan na BALIKBAYAN.

ya, i agreed. it is so noisy and irritating. sometimes it is already 10+pm and they are still flying. Really regret to buy a flat there

Agree. Nang paalis ako ng Pilipinas, Di hamak yung pinagdaanan ko sa mga I.O na yan. KAhit natatakan na yong passport ko, nag interogate pa ulit bakit pinayagan dw ako dun sa 1st interview.. Pera lang ata ang habol.

about 40 percent passengers from faisalababad use lhr and isl airport everyday all travell agents with fsd chamber and industrialists must send proposal to upgrade fsd terminal , runway to pro ,federal govt. and caa ,, all faisalabdis and mna and mpa must protest for their right til end ,, follow my comments and best of luck .... tender and meeting for the planning developement and expansion of karad airport has already taken place what about amravti city which is much bigger city than karad.just because chief minister of maharastra is from karad, he wants a airport urgently over there when pratibhatai patil was president of india from amravti city the government didn't develope the airport in amravati city,there is a airport in baramati for sharad pawar and ajit pawar and airport in gondia for praful patel airport in nanded for ashok chavan then why not a airport in amravati for pratibhatai patil and r.s gawai in amravati city.

one of the worst government in india is maharastra government as it's totally based on regionalism it's neglecting vidhrbha as part of maharastra and even not seperating vidhrbha from maharastra.

maharastra government and it's company are not going to develope amravati airport as they are focusing on developement of solapur ,shirdi,karad all in western maharastra. now sushil kumar shinde has become home minister of india who is from solapur and the cheif minister of maharastra is also from western maharastra. who will take care of vidhrbha's developement, it's better to make vidhrbha a seperate state.

maharastra government has canceled the developement of amravati airport now it will remain as just an airstrip,happy being part of maharastra which will never get developed by the maharastra government.

yes i think pratibhatai patil must meet sonia gandhi and prime minister manmohan singh and cm of maharastra for the developement of amravati airport,amravati sez and dam on tapi river in dharni taluqa of amravati district as the survey of the dam was already completed by the irrigation department of maharastra but the dam was constructed in muktainagar in jalgaon district as the irrigation minister was from khandesh(jalgaon maharastra) mr eknathrao khadse has done injustice with vidharbha and amravati district(amravati region of maharastra)

I think once again amravati city needs mla/minister like Dr Sunil Deshmukh who can help and make sure the overall developement of amravati region including the airport,wagon repair unit, bdl's missile unit all are now in pending state.

I forgot to mention gondia there is also airport by the grace of praful patel but he was not ready to approve airport for amravati city which is much bigger than gondia in population and other things.

nanded,latur,baramati now karad and shirdi all are smaller than amravati city and almost all are having airport, don't you think that there is partiality with amravati city by government of maharastra and india.

amravati airport developement is getting delayed day by day it's already more than 3 years and the developement work has not started, please let us know why is this delay to fell amravati sez developemnt or the developement of amravati city is problem for government of maharastra and it's company maharastra airports developement company,please let us know the exact reason who is behind all this delay.

Somebody was telling that Flights can start from Jalgaon Airport in first week of Jan-2013. But now today is 30-Jan-2013. Still no action. Even though it was inagurated by Honorable Pratibhatai Patil - President of India..
I think this airport is constructed for use to political peoples only.

Dear All, For The last 20 Years I have seen modernization in every sector of the country but Bokaro, which was earlier the best and the neatest Place in Jharkhand and Bihar to Visit. have not seen any development. Purpose of buliding this Jalgaon airport
I dont think we will be able to see a flight taking off from Jalgaon Airport unless and until it is aimed for a visit of politician...First of all, I failed to understand the purpose of this airport. In absence of industrialized growth, I dont see any reason for local people to use flight for travelling to Mumbai / Pune / Nagpur / Delhi which are also very well connected by means of road / rail networks from the city.
Purpose of wasting tax payer's money on building and hurried inauguration of this airport is only to show some work being done by so called khandesh kanya .. pratibhatai patil. Also local politicians must have got their cuts while constructing this airport...now they dont have any reason for fighting to get it started with regular (even once in week is also ok) flights there.

If the amravati airport gets completed this year also it will be around 5 years after the decision of developeing amravati airport which was taken in th start of 2009, so government of maharastra and it's company must speed up the work of developement of amravati airport as there is no tender called to develope this airport it shows the very slow work,decision,planning,executing,funding is this right government and the company to take care of developement work in maharastra or india. such laid back attitude towards any work will spoil this country and the states.

Maharastra government must look in the developement of industries and infrastruture in vidhrbha region as after more than 52 years with maharastra there is no concrete developement in vidhrbha. maharastra government must take interest and must provide funds for vidharbha's developement, as there are lot of work pending, lot of work shifted to other regions and lot of work cancelled government must not do partiality with vidharbha

people in vidharbha are with maharastra from more than 52 years so they have equal rights of developement in their region like western maharastra. please try to understand the issue/problem of industrial and infrastructural developement in vidharbha.

Central goverments projects are coming to amravati city and some projects have already come now it's turn of maharastra government to take responsibility of maharastra government to get the land required for wagon reapir shop badnera and to develope the amravati sez and make the big companies to start their unit in amravati sez by giving some more incentives and to develope amravati airport on the fast track, and to construct a dam on tapi river in dharni taluqa of amravati district for the purpose of irrigation as well as to provide ample amount of water to industries and once all these work is done then it will generate huge/big revenue for maharastra as well as central government.

I am so happy to learn that Fuvahmulah has an airport now. I worked as a teacher in Gn Atoll AEC in2000-2001. I had to take a boat and then a dhoni to reach Fuvahmulah. That was a scary experience.

people of Vidhrbha are waiting for the seperate state of vidharbha as there is no developement done by maharastra government,people are disperate to get a seperate state of vidharbha as it very rich for minings,specially the coal.

Government of maharastra is not doing anything to complete the developement work in vidhrbha specially amravati region as the pending works like amravati airport,amaravati sez, are still pending from last 5-10 years there is not much developement other than the india bulls thermal power plant in amravati sez bdl has inagurated the site at amravati sez still they have not yet started the construction work at the site, wagon repair unit is still to decide land and the developement is at total halt.dam on tapi river is not yet started which was shifted from dharni tahsil to muktai nagar by bjp minister eknatrao khadse.all works in amravati region,amravati city are pending.
