Wala po mangyayari sa mga complains natin kung walang magpiprint at magsesend ng mga ito sa kaukulang tao sa clark. Marami po masisearch online puwede masulatan na tao sa airport sa clark at kailangan niyo isulat complains niyo at iypost sa kanila. Marami napo silang complains at kung isama niyo sa inyo in proper letters makakatulong masugpo sila.
Frequent flyer po ako sa maraming bansa, UK, Europe, USA, Asia and Middle East. Sa Clark lang po ako nakatagpo ng bastos na Immigration officer. Small time small mind po kasi airport. Papunta ako Bangkok, unang 3 seconds pa lang pagharap ko sa Immigration officer, di pa niya ako tinitingnan, ang tanong niya "saan ka pupunta? Pupuntahan mo kabit mo?'. I looked straight back at him maybe quite challenging because of my shock and disbelief. I think he expected me to joke and just take it. Hindi naman po ako bastos magdamit. Di naman makapal magmake-up. Even if I was, no Immigration officer is allowed to be rude and unprofessional sa remark na ganoon. Hindi ko naman masisi sarili ko, this is how this person was brought up, lacking of decorum and respect sa kapwa tao. I can't even begin to think how he landed his job. I'm sure kumpa-kumpare. He was maybe 50ish. Very arrogant. Dahil Hindi ako natuwa sa very inappropriate unprofessional remark niya, he sent me back to get my return ticket printed. I was showing him my return ticket on my blackberry. Kapag nakakaintindi po Immigration Officer, they know how to look at a real eticket kahit nasa email. It has reference numbers and confirmation. Sa Manila airport, at overseas po in our modern times, madalas po dinidiscourage na pagpiprint ng eticket to be earth friendly. Avoid unnecessary printing--pero Sizemore I don't expect naman this modern thinking na gumagana na sa airport so anyway, I went back out sa airport. Some one hour looking for a printer siguro while im trying to control my anger sa remark ng BI na ito. Wala namang shops doon. Finally I found a friend who happens to work as a Security Guard with Cebu Pacific. Pinagprint niya ako sa office. I printed it, pagbalik ko, wala na ang arroganteng lalaking immigration, tapos di na ako tinanong ng return ticket nitong bagong naka duty. So I managed to fly out. Di na ako sumakay sa Clark from there on.
Touris visa po, sa Manila airport in my 10 years of flying as tourist to so many places, di kailangan at di hinihingi ang Invitation letter from whoever your visiting dahil Tourist po kayo--lalo kung pupunta lamang ng 3 to 7 days or similar sa Hongkong, Thailand, or similar Asian countries. Kailangan lamang po, return ticket, tax paid, passport valid 6 months at ang return ticket. Ako po, kahit ang hotel where I stay in hindi na tinatanong o hinihingan ng print. Pero iyready niyo po. Whether OFW kayo o hindi, kapag Tourist lamang sa Bangkok halimbawa, wala po ito relasyon sa sa mga OFW documents niyo. If you don't need to mention that, Kung kayo ay papasyal lamang, then no need to mention or show any of those OFW related documents dahil lalo lamang nakakalito. Hindi po ito pagtatago danil your going out as a tourist.
Sa mga talagang tourist lamang po, mga girlfriend po ng Foreign Nationals, yun lamang din po kailangan niyo. Return ticket, hotel booking, passport, wala po visa kung Asian countries lamang. Ni hindi naman po dapat kayo hingan o kailangan magpakita ng pera. Wala naman po kinaiba sa turistang pinoy na walang bf o asawang puti, pag tourist po, tourist pare-pareho at iisa requirements.
Problema lamang po, ang kamangmangan at pagkatakaw sa power ng mga BI sa Clark. Sa NAIA na lamang po kayo, kanit na marami ding anomalies, mas monitored naman kaysa sa Clark.
Isulat po niyo mga Complains niyo, Tagalog mas mainam. Siguraduhing ilagay petsa noong nangyari, ilista mga dokumentus na inilabas, at pangyayari at pangalan ng BI. Iwasan po magsulat ng emotional para iyaccept as objective ang complain ninyo kung kayo ay susulat ng proper complain. Punuin lamang po ng facts (petsa, pangalan ng tao, saan papunta, ano ang nangyari at ano ang nasabi, magkano ang nagastos).

V- Hire @ Taxi Fares
Can the government regulate the fares of V-Hire vans from Bacolod City to the airport ( and vice versa). The current fares in going to the airport via V-hire vans from SM terminal is P100.00 pesos which has the distance of only around 22 kilometers. While going to the city from the airport is P150 pesos which is really to much!!! Those taxi drivers also waiting outside the arrival area demanded extremely high fares,they don't to use the meter on their taxi! So sad that these kind of people creates a bad impression in your airport at saka ang babastos pa ng mga drivers!!! I just don't like the way they transact business with the passengers.
I think it is better that the government shall provide a shuttle service for the passengers with a reasonable fare...
Worst airport in the world
Ang tatanga naman kasi ng mga officials natin eh. Puro pera pera lng sakanila. Sa mga airports na nasubukan ko satin lng may terminal fee. Eh bakit ka pa mag gaganun kung pangit ng service nila. Wala nmn problema sa facilities eh. Ung problema is ung service nila. Dun na kikilala airport natin na. Kaya worst airport in the world ang naia tapus tong sa clark parang nagiging ganun narin. Its more fun in the philippines nga ba?ehehe
To get flights
There are lack of a real traffic to and from this airport. At the late of 1990,s airport had a customers and travellers with several different operators one by one. But why everything has been closed down? First Thai Airways operated with a multiple routing Bangkok-NakhonRatchasimä-Buriram. This could be a new way again to enable this airport traffic and customers. For example a route together to Roi ET unused new airport.

First of all I congratulate Mr Nitesh Kumar for making Bihar a progressive state..a state that is an inspiraton for other states...i would rather say nation.Well am here to give a wise suggestion regarding upgradation of Purnea airport located at chunapur.Purnea is developing district of Eastern Bihar without any doubt with lot of professional people residing here along with business men who have to constantly move to Delhi,Calcutta,patna,Mumbai etc.Besides considering tourist point of view it is the nearest semi metro state located near Nepal and Bangladesh which can give boost to job option to local people.It has well connectivity with NH 81 and Katihar railway station,the second most flourished station after Patna with Rajdhani on daily basis.Opening of domestic Airport will definately will be a boon for districts of Eastern Bihar like Bhagalpur,katihar,Saharsa,Madhepura,Kishanganj,Forbesganj,Araria,Jogbani,Muzaffarpur. Etc.Till now people of these regions have to go to Bhagdogra to catch flight as it is nearer than Patna which is a monetary loss for the state.Thus it is a request to kindly look into the matter.

Since we are going to be back packers?.......thats were the problems begins with Philippine immigration, you then need to hope the immigration officier on the day does not give you a hard time and stop you leaving the PI.

Philippine immigration requirement
Besides having a passport validity of at least 6 (six) months, passengers are reminded to take note of the following requirements:
Overseas contract workers and permanent residence in a foreign country
Must have an Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) from the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), which can be obtained from the POEA Balik Manggagawa Processing Division. Passengers must have proof of permanent residence in a foreign country and a valid work permit card.
Passengers travelling with children below 18 years of age

International?
Bacolod-Silay International Airport will indeed be true to its name if there will be international flights to Bacolod-Silay Airport, because of a steady stream of tourists, businessmen, sportsmen and students, etc, who will come to Negros. Surely the opportunities are abundant, though hotels and lodging facilities, etc. need to be upgraded to international standards. Bacolod is quite clean. There is a need for aggressive advertisement to these effect. But until now the airport runway is short! The aircon in the pre-departure area does not work! The pre-departure area is quite small compared to the volume of passengers, thus it is crowded! Should there not be an annex building? What happened to the approved plan to extend the runway by 500 meters to accommodate the bigger Airbus 330? At present the runway length is even shorter than that of Cagayan de Oro!
What does the latest census or survey say as to what countries the visitors to Negros come from? Then the international budget airlines can link Bacolod to those countries/cities.

maharastra government has approved the the airport in 2008 -2009 it no work has started on amravati airport this slow process of the government is alo affecting the industrial growth of amravati city i.e 5 start midc amravati multiproduct sez near nandgaon peth eldeco company was supposed to develope this sez because of the maharastra government's policies they have given back around 1000 hectare of land back to midc (maharastra industrial developement corporation) which is very famous for not developeing the industries where there are less industries, if the ministers of the region are very powerful then only the industries come to those places,cities in maharastra otherwise midc is good for nothing that's why the peopel of amravati were having hopes as it is declaired as sez but then again the government has withdrawn the incentives declaired earlier for amravati sez that's why the comapnies are not taking much interest to set up a plant in amravati sez.
again bad news for people and younger generation of vidharbha and amravati region.
