I am from there. This is a civilian airport and its not functioning because of the war between Arm and Aze. The airport is right on the border.

Last month a team of two officials of Air Deccan met with BSL management and we are already aware of the fast pace development in and around the city. Moreover, there are unconfirmed news that Dundi bag traders, who are doing daily business since many years, are opposing this expansion. However, even after this I am very optimistic on the modernization of Bokaro airport. We need to take fight to our nearest commercial airport Kolkata for flying elsewhere. Hope soon we will boast of our own airport. Other than this if any one have any concrete news on further development of Bokaro Airport then please share it or let us know any common forum for such discussion?

for example see the krarala state very small state there is for international airport,patna airport dont have enough space but gaya is 4 time better to patna why not flight for gaya?please understand problums of bihari NRI.and start flight from gulf to bihar.

please pay our humble request to start a flight between gaya and delhi which is demand of time. as we all know gaya is place of international interest from tourism point of view and mobility of people between gaya and delhi is tremendous. therefore please start a flight between gaya and delhi.

Recently, a team of Air Deccan officials visited the city and surveyed the market potential. They also assessed the airport and its air strip, situated on National Highway-23 (Bokaro-Chas road).

Have you reported your concern to the Bureau of Immigration's main office in Intramuros, Manila? If not, try to report the incident to the Office of the Commissioner. Those Immigration Officers (IO's) should be stopped from doing the same thing to other travellers originating from Clark Airport. It gives a very negative image of our country and our people. It is an excellent location, just 4 km from Islamabad Interchange of Lahore-Islamabad Motorway M-2, some 20 km from Zero Point Islamabad and Saddar Rawalpindi, that means only 20–25 minutes driving time of through network of motorways and highways. Being right on Motorway it is hardly at three hours drive from Lahore, Peshawar and Faisalabad, can be used in emergency / inclement weather

I experienced the same thing yesterday with Immigration officers of Clark. They were looking for OEC which i don't have any knowledge of. And when i researched as I arrived here in my province, it's an exit clearance that "I have undergone the legal and right procedure for overseas employment". What???? I won't go to Singapore to work, I will just have my 4 days vacation with my son and we will visit my sister.
They are allowing my son to travel they won't allow me. My son can travel without any invitation from my sister? But because I have resident visa from other country, I couldn't travel? What kind of law we have here in the Philippines? So they've put there "voluntary off-loaded for my son". What do you expect, my son won't travel without me. He's just turned 18 for heaven's sake.
My concern is, they should have had put in the documents what we need to secure before travelling in the ticket or wherever. Not ask us documents that we need to bring as we about to board on the plane. I traveled 3 hours from our province and because it's an early check in I need to rent a van going there which cost me P3,500, only to be "off-loaded" by this stupid immigration officer.
I hope Philippine government take notice of this.
