Additional Charge 70 Inr Charged by Fast Track
Today i came to Airport by fast track call taxi at Morning 3:30 am to catch a domestic flight & i am the single person travelling in that vehicle with an Laptop bag, i have not made the driver to wait for any thing once he as stopped the vehicle i immediately get down from the car allowed him to go from there, since i know very well about the Airport rules, But driver charged me extra 70 inr saying that's the rule, but actually at morning 3:30 am there is no traffic & also i have been travelling regularly & i have not paid also on my before travels, but this driver was not in good shape to speak & he says that's the rule,
I want to know is this a rule that we need to pay extra 70 inr even if we have not made him await & that to at morning 3:30 where there is no traffic in airport
My worry is for the regular traveler itself the scenario is like this than how come for the occasional travelling guys. they will be suffering a lot

Who is responsible for starting Muzaffarpur Air port at Patahi, Please do something to start Flight from Muzaffarpur Airport, because you all of people is knowing that Muzaffarpur is un anounce capital city of North Bihar.This city is at present Commercial & Cultural Value. sir, i have been noticed that u only concentrate to develop the capital patna which is just like a step behaviour with other big cities like muzaffarpur,bhagalpur etc. As an inhabitant of muzaffarpur i hardly request you that you should conceive on my city muzaffarpur which is also called the second largest city of bihar commercially and economically. First priority is that you should ameliorate the condition of deteriorate airport which becomes so much important for the peoples now-a-days. And quickly start the railway link between muzaffarpur and patna. I will believe that you should definitely take lessons from china where they built a 45 km bridge on sea with 16 lane and to complete ib almost 4 yrs

No autorickshaws allowed
In our country all can not afford a car. Hell lot of peoples are depending on Auto rickshaws. Why not chennai airport authority not allowing autos inside the departure and arrival gates.

Garuda Aviation Services One of the underworld Car parking mafia From Mumbai . Airpot Authority of India awarded the contract for DAY LIGHT ROBBERY management At chennai Airport . AAI tariff is car 60/- van , truck , minibus,70/- for general park and 120/- for primium , 7 minute free time for pick up and drop in the free lane. The company revised the tariff 12% without AAI notice in the name of service tax and the tariff is 67/-,79/-253/-and 17/-. Also I asking what is the 5 minute, 7 minute, 12 minute and where is the Genaral car parking Area .

Daylight robbery. Shame Chennai Airport and Garuda - you're applying the Chennai autorickshaw mindset in collecting parking fees. Rubbish rules like 5 mins one rate and 10 mins another rate. Any visitor to the city will only have a bitter taste. Learn from other city Airports!

Overcharging and Cheating
This morning I had been to the Chennai Airport Domestic Terminal to drop my Mother and Brother who were travelling to Vadodara. The person handing the counter charged me Rs 70/- for a waiting time of 9 Minutes &.43 Seconds. While its clear that no parking fee will be charged for vehicles which return after dropping passengers within 10 minutes, why is it that your Staff Charge us for the same ????.
Also a bill was issued for only Rs 67/- and the change of Rs 3/- was not returned. The lady manning the counter also wanted to tell me that an amount of Rs 135 needs to be paid if I donot move out of the counter within the next 10 seconds. Its not a question of loosing Rs 3/-, its a question of how many Rs 3/- is silently siphoned away by the staff manning the counters. Refer to the several complaints lodged in this forum... will someone from the AAI or Garuda Aviation officials respond to such complaints. Thanks.

Hopeless airport
That's a hopeless airport I have ever seen.A lot airport officials at TRZ don't know how to treat international passengers,they dont' even speak english properly .
Trichy doesn't deserve an international airport, probably the geographical location of the city is the reason for the introduction of international flight services. Also the taxi drivers outside the airport force people to hire taxi and some voluntarily do porter's service and later demand money.
I had a bad experience at Trichy airport.
