SAVE IFNI AIRPORT
IFNI airport was built by the Spanish authority as well as all the city and There was a general consensus among all politicians present and the residents according to the local news that the airport is a vital piece of infrastructure in terms of the economic development of the Sahara region and particularly SIDI IFNI . Hence its has played a significant roll in IFNI Development .
Hence, thanks to the airport , IFNI CITY COUNCIL became the most beautifully progressive city in Northwest Africa, having around 5000 visitors every month, today no more than 100/year. Now, there is a serious threat whereby Moroccan mafia construction companies that want to muscle in and take control of IFNI airport's land .
Some voices pretend to use the airport land to built houses, we think that the city should be built but in the north or south areas: not at our airport's land expenses.The airport was built to remain.
Today most of modern cities have airport, because its a wise tool to bring success, freedom and peace to the residents.
Rumors suggest that the developer behind the idea to close the airport and built houses, is the proper minister of interior and member of his family.
We, the supporters and undersigned of the 'Save IFNI AIRPORT ' petition, call to put a stop to the "airports ministry" destroying project and we urge you to sport legacy, nostalgia and IFNI patrimony.
We request you to join us and say No to the closing and destruction of our airport's space.
Say Yes to keep IFNI airport opened as an operational airport.
Please write to your local representative and invite him/her to vote against this mafia project and to keep IFNI airport opened. Remember that thanks to this small airport the life of USA soldiers has been saved as will as many patients, are evacuated from around the city of IFNI to the city hospital.

The Save IFNI Airport Group will work behind the scenes, we will campaign to save the airport through letters to parliament, newspaper advertisements, radio media, letter drops, television and a variety of other media types. The group will also conduct community meetings around the airport and also in regional centers across Morocco , USA AND EU.

Dhanbad is so busy and important place of our country.It is Known as COAL CITY OF INDIA.But yet now it there is not any airport.It shows the dullness of govt. A lot of people comes to Dhanbad every day from different parts of India and having central govt offices like DGMS, Instution like ISM ,BCCL ,CMRS & CFRI so dhanbad need an airport..I Request to govt that please take some steps to make domestic airport at dhanbad.For This all the people of dhanbad,and other persons beside of dhanbad will happy.

I flew into Beja on 22nd and back to Heathrow on 29th and had a wonderful holiday.
Deserted roads in Alenteja, no crowds, friendly people what more could you want.

Prohibited Area
airport is settled in LTP1 (Prohibited Area) by a businessman. Aircrafts have to get permit from Ministry of Transportation before planning a flight.
Flight School Closed
Aviation International closed this spring. There is no fuel or a restaurant available anymore.

Hi, I'm from Colombia, I've also been ripped off by wanting to adopt a pet, please spread this social networking, news, in newspapers, the police report, ask ad pages do not publish this, write to the airlines involved in the post, I have seen cases for 2 years, does not allow more people to be cheated and that animals are used for their purposes. Please help spread the theft global, so that the authorities do something about it.

Microlight experience
If you go to Portugal and you like flying in little planes, CVB is the place to go. Professional and nice pilots/instructors and operations people. There's a restaurant in case you want a bite to eat.

We landed and taxied to the Jet Center and had awesome service. They parked us, took us to our hotel and picked us up in the morning for our return flight. Highly recomment this place/

Yeah great place to land and chat with friendly aviators. I was in one of their meetings and it included a guest speaker.
That night was about avionics, it was great.
They also had some pretty interesting presentations by Transport Canada, the place was packed, great ground support to land and tiedown. The food was great and affordable.

Paved runway open for summer and winter flying.
Chapter 65 members always available and ready to help.
Graet place to fly, they have monthly meetings 2nd Friday of the month.

Let me guess - next, you'll find out that you need to send $1,000 in legal fees to get the $14,000 in compensation, or they need your bank information to make the transfer.
Unfortunately, the email address is meaningless -- they probably create a new email account for each scam, so the same person might be Joe_Smith@yahoo.com or Jane_Doe@yahoo.com to the next victim.

Me and my wife just got scammed by this shit for almost $4500 do not let this happen to you.
The company they used was in beech creek, NC supposedly when it got to the US...supposedly. We then received an email that the dog had died from overdose. we are now receiveing a contract saying they are going to pay us 14000 for compensation of the dogs death.

I was hesitant at first with this whole ordeal, but I decided that I would try it. I called Western Union and they said it was perfectly safe for this transaction. Then, I received the conformation on the flights and then found this website. I got the email like most did about the insurance costs. I emailed them back and told them that I would not pay that over western union. They said they were sending them per Companion Air...IT ISN'T EVEN UP AND RUNNING!!!! I'm heartbroken and even worse it upset my 2 year old....he is devastated!!! I should have known this was too good to be true.

Lovely Aerodrome
Very well maintained airstrip, with good approaches and easy to find, just north-east of Alliston. Northbound short final you literally fly between the hangars - though they are wide apart enough, no risk at all. Lots of nice private aircrafts in a good shape parked around - Luscombe, RV, square-tail Cessna, Cub, Kitfox... Tried to find the owner to say hi, but everything was closed and quiet.

unfortunately this person making these complaints moved in May 2010. The airport has been there since 72. Getting a better real estate agent or looking at a map could have solved their problems.

We landed there once with absolutley no sight, closed airport due to sandstorm with a Pilatus Porter... no fuel left for alternative... Once we touched down our aircraft, a South African Captain in Duty for the World Food Programm approached us and asked: "Sorry, can you walk in the Skies?

I used this Airfield for additional Training flights. And once we flew into Lanseria inbound from Maputo - after a crazy 9 day transfer flight of a brand new Pilatus Porter from Switzerland all the way down to SA.

Reply to @david: The neighborhood has been around for 50 years and the airport only 20 something years. It always sounds like it is the homeowners fault but not true, in this case.
The airport has encroached and abused on the only settlement in the area with acres and acres of other land to fly. One pays higher prices in Oregon to live in the country and then the unscrupulous aviation interests slide things by the homeowners.
