parking cheating
In Chennai air port the entry and exit gates times are adjusted in such a way that even if you try to get out within ten minutes you will end up in paying Rs 135 . They are big cheaters. Once i checked that with my watch time. when i came out in six minutes the exit fellow is telling it already 13 minutes. I never seen cars going out without paying the fee though many comes out within ten minutes. The worst airport in India
STOLport
This is a unique little strip - short with a healthy incline starting at 1/2 field. Not for beginners or the faint of heart!
It is in the local practice area and the regional flight schools bring their commercial students here for STOL practice before sending them out west or overseas .
Looks very cool, and a little scary.
Adequate at best
This has not been much of an airport since the early 90s. No takeoffs after 1030 pm. (in anything!) Fuel extremely expensive. Poor TBOs.

Well and truly closed. The former runway alignment lies under the path of Greendale Blvd, Arden Ave and Sandalwood drive and the houses on the southern side of these streets. It also extends under the Shanagolden village property. Sections of grasslands to on the northern side of the former runway have been preserved as green lands and are protected to some extent by the existence of native grasses (assumedly protected from grazing for many years by the existence of the former airport).

Aldinga Airfield. . . . Grow up and Grow some Balls.
Reading all of these comments for the first time is interesting, Oh and so brave or the Pilots commenting without signing you name to anything. It reminds me of school girls bitching about something they don't like. Seriously I have been Flying out of YADG for 10 years. It is a great local airfield (That is NOT owned and operated by Adelaide Bi-Planes) and If you cant fit in to a circuit that has multiple runways in operation then get some more training it's pretty basic. Right hand circuits are in place to appease the few locals who have tried to shut down the field due to noise. . . whom purchased well after the field was registered and they failed. . . hence the EPA saga, it was there last resort.
The comments about ABP and the EPA are both uneducated and unsubstantiated and I will leave it at that, if you don't know anything about it don't comment on it because you sound like a tit.
The Aviation community is small and we should be all trying to support each other not shit on each other.

According to my findings ICAO-designator FAMY is now Mazzepa Bay at 32°28'19"S 028°39'02"E and Malmesbury is closed.

The RWY length of 3406m for 01R/19L is correct! However only 2400m is available as the effective length due to displaced thresholds.

HARD DRIVE STOLEN OUT OF CHECK IN LUGGAGE
I am disgusted by the fact that my property was stolen right out of my locked luggage. I flew on the 02/05/16 from Johannesburg to Cape town on mango flight JE123 at 5:55 this morning. After landing and checking my luggage i found that my lock had been removed and my hard drive taken from the bag. To say that this is the worst experience i have had , is an understatement. I feel that as a passenger my right to a safe flight and to not have any items stolen from checked in luggage has been violated. For goodness sake my bag was locked and the lock was removed by one of your personal , is this what we as passengers can expect from your airports staff!!!! i am disgusted and request that this situation be rectified immediately or i will be taking this further.

re: Upgradation of Faisalabad Airport
The government has realized late that there should be international flights operation from Faisalabad. Still a lot of has to do for the advancement of the airport. Apart from the airport, government should think of building more parks, recreation centers, medical centers, sanitation, disposal of garbagge, water and above all, establishment of High Court Bench, which is very important. It is shameful that third biggest city of Pakistan has no high court bench.

One of the best airport in Italy with a good restaurant!! frequency of PAVULLO RADIO is 122.600 QFU 02/20 x 1190m 2244' , generally the runway in use is the 20 anyway the approach for 20 is a quite difficult if you do not know the correct procedure. Very low Landing fees, for further information check the AIP or contact the local aeroclub

The frequency of CREMONA RADIO is 119.650. QFU 11-29 the traffic circuit pattern is standard SX 11 SX 29. During the weekend there is an intensive parachuting activity. NO LANDING FEES. AVGAS and MOGAS available (anyway contact the local aeroclub for further information). there is also a good restaurant
