Flight Procedures at Zerniki Gadki Airfield
Before commencing aviation operations read AUP/UUP observing EPKS MARZ/MCTR activity or obtain information about that airspace utilization and classification and restrictions form EPKS Flight Crew Briefing office.
All flights to Zerniki airfield should be set with EPKS Flight Crew Briefing Office flight planer or TWR Krzesiny controller. If requested a flight plan should be filed. All aircraft arriving to Zerniki Gadki airfield must request Krzesiny Tower to enter MATZ/MCTR which is necessary to cross the control space boundary and make an approach to runway 06 or 24.
All VFR flights in EPKS MATZ/MCTR are allowed not higher than 1500 ft on local QNH. Approach to runway 06 is made from right hand circuit and approach to runway 24 is made from left hand circuit. You should be very careful when you're on final to runway 06 because of high obstacles being located on final track approach.

terrible organization
Some days ago i was in Romanian like tranzit passanger , when i come to pasport control , support man - cant speaking with me English no one understand nothing , then they spoke me that they will deport me for 5 yers without reason becauase i start discuss about troubles . ok np that was so bad .
I wish that i never will be come to Romanian and i hope that everyone will make conculison at my massege , and no one will come to this shit Airport .

I will be flying from Manchester to Munich Intl airport. Im a South African citizen and will be returning home to Johannesburg via Munich. Would I require a visa to be in transit at Munich Intl airport to catch my connecting flight? Please advise me urgently. Sandy
My Visit to Stockerau.
My visit on 14 Aug 2012 allowed me to fly a C172 with my cousin's son-in-law. A beautiful little airport with private flying club. A mix of sailplanes, motorigliders and powered aircraft. The C172 (actually an F172, built in France under license) rents for 195 Euros/hr wet. Fuel sold for 2.45 Euros/litre. We are so lucky in Canada. We flew west following the Danube to Melk,dd a 180, then all the way to Vienna as far a ATC wuld let us. Then back to Stockerau. A beautiful trip to remember. Upon landing, enjoyed a few cold local beers, right out of a vending machine. Now where would you find that in Canada.

How can I download CSV files?
Hello there,
Sorry but I couldn't find a proper location to add my comment to except under my fav airport which is LOWW.
I checked the DOWNLOADS page but couldn't download the database files out there. Eg., the downloaded airports.csv file shows only the header information although the download page warns about a big filesize. It's ca.300kb only and empty.
Can you pls guide me on downloading the dbase files? Thank you!

1) Because of work in progress at the western end of the runway, arriving aircrafts have to inform the AFIS by phone before arrival, for the vehicles of the civil works to clear the path for the landing. This constraint is less strict during weekends but PPR is still required. Information valid from 20 August 2012 until 20 September 2012.
2) AFIS not available by phone on saturdays from 4 Aug til 25 Aug 2012.

Good News - PORTUGAL ANA Airport Operators to be Privatised
Well some good news as Portugals ANA airport operators are to be privatised, so possibly big shake up's will happen within ANA management. This could have a have a knock on effect on the moribund state of Beja airport and maybe it will finally be transformed into a properly functioning airport?

Apologies for any problems. The flight information is provided to OurAirports free by FlightStats, and we include it as a convenience for visitors. The data is quite good for major airports, but sometimes seems to lag a bit for smaller airports, especially outside North America.
