Sorry admin peeps, just wanna explain this to my fellow users here:

Your complains are considered null / void if you hide under an "alias" / "anonymous" identity. Why not identify yourself? Or better yet, send an email to our website. Don't be an "empty can!" Forever bitter-mode!

The worst ever

Cannot describe all the things wrong at that airport. It's from Cebu Pacific check in, the question, the mess with ever changing departure gate and the worst immigration officers in the world,

Nothing, nothing could be worse

Bagabag Airport is operational.

I've been in contact with Mr. Afan who is the OIC of this airport and I may actually be flying there tomorrow morning. There hasn't been much activity on this thread but I thought I'd put this out in case anyone would be interested in going there.

the great way to clear dis problem.

i was blocked for a zippo in my bag in the Philippines airport last month. he told me to give him something so that he will allow me to bring it . so after i changing all the dollars so i have left 28 peso in my pocket so i gave the guy 28 peso to get my lighters back . hahaha

there is more and more people in customs who takes money and helps Filipinos to pass the gate. the local agents and some contacts can do that.

it will be costing around 10000 peso.

u have to call the customs officer when you reach the airport he will do the rest all. and ones everything is done u hav to give him the money finally. i am very sorry for your country.i know many people who pass the gate through the support of customs officers.

i would like to say something who is in customs in the Philippines airport

............. FUCK YOU ASSHOLES.

Bicol International Airport

Sino ho ba ang architect nag design ng Airport sa Bicol ang pangit nman pagka designs, parang hindi international pang domestic lng ang designs.to a beautiful thing without design things are boring and not nice."It seems to me that designers don't have any challenges designing beautiful concepts,Making beautiful things makes our lives worthwhile.dapat pagandahin para lalo ma attract ang mga turista.

Picture of

wala pong kwenta talga yang Ninoy Aquino International Airpo

When u smile and keep calm sa immigration, sasabihin nila "tatawa tawa pa oh". I recommend flying to CLARK if going for International Flight. To all my kababayan aspirants ingat and GodBless (Dubai)

Not the Airlines responsibility

If your leaving from CRK ( this is were it seems most people have the biggist issue) both 5J Cebu Pacific and DG Tiger Air have a warning on there websites about ensuring you have the correct travel documents

TIGER AIR WEBSITE

Philippine immigration requirement Besides having a passport validity of at least 6 (six) months, passengers are reminded to take note of the following requirements:

Overseas contract workers and permanent residence in a foreign country

Must have an Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) from the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), which can be obtained from the POEA Balik Manggagawa Processing Division. Passengers must have proof of permanent residence in a foreign country and a valid work permit card.

Passengers travelling with children below 18 years of age

Effective April 2006, minors travelling with 1 (one) parent have no need for DSWD Clearance. However, for minors travelling with an adult other than their parents (e.g. aunt, uncle, grandparents and others), a DSWD Clearance is required.

Passengers travelling as tourists

Must have their return flight confirmed (not more than 1 (one) month), and must have an invitation letter/affidavit of support from a sponsor that is dry sealed and duly authenticated by the Philippine Consulate office in a foreign country (original copy).

Picture of

Invitation Letters

I have helped many Filipinas come to Hong Kong - however the old system of the passenger carrying an invitiation letter from the person in Hong Kong is not always enough for the immigration authorities in either CRK or MNL.

Sometimes your lucky and can pass through Philippine Immigration with no questions, thats half the problem - you still then need to justify to HKG immigration the intent of your stay - Technically your allowed 14day stay in HKG,however this is were the immigration officier may consider the purpose of your stay and whether or not you can finacially support yourself, and finally he needs to be satisfied that you will return back home.

What Philippines Immigration officiers are looking for is the Invitation letter that has been "Notarized by the Philippine Consulate" in the country where the sponcer or friend is living.

Take a look at the Phiipphine consulate website for Hong Kong ://---.philcongen-hk.com/notarials/main.htm

This is th typical form the consulate requires to be completed and notorised

8 yrs bago ako nakapagbakasyon sa Pinas, I was very happy to see all my friends and relatives. We bought and brought lots of Pilipino canned/dried foods at ibat ibang product ng pilipinas,.

Letdown

Some of the staff working at this airport reflect badly on the Philippines and the Filipino people. Going through the initial baggage scan at the entrance to the airport on the early afternoon of Friday, 6 December 2013, my bag got caught up in the conveyor belt and some of the items in it ended up under the mechanism. The staff member just stood to the side and directed me to retrieve them myself, which I tried to do and gave up on looking for a couple of items that were way too far for me to see or reach.

At 2:25 in the afternoon on Friday, 6 December 2013, I made my way down to Gate 9. I had to carry my carry-on luggage down a flight of stairs. Immediately before me was a male passenger. There was a male staff member sitting at the table to the entrance of Gate 9 who viewed passports and boarding tickets. The male passenger went on to the female staff members at another table for luggage check. The male staff member at the first table addressed the male passenger's back and said: 'Do you have a problem? You banged your passport and your luggage. Do you have a problem with us?' This, he said in a confronting, challenging manner. He then asked me if I was with the male passenger and I wasn't. I wondered whether it was any of his business if I was. I told him he was supposed to be courteous to passengers and proceeded to have my luggage checked.

Nowhere else in the civilised world where I have been (I have been to many countries) have I seen such behaviour and attitude from an airport staff member. It wasn't only confronting and rude, it also gives the Philippines and its normally lovely and accommodating people a bad image. Just when the rest of the world is rallying to help a small country down on its knees (Tacloban & Haiyan/Yolanda), behaviour like this by members of international airport staff members is unacceptable and shameful.

You don't need to show huge amount, $500 will do. Just show the BID Officer that you have credit card, it is an add factor!

Planning to visit my boyfriend in macau

Hi ask ko lang if what i documents that i need to bring to be able to pass the immigration. Thankyou

Picture of Ohmandd

Planning to see more...

I've only flown into/out of DVO once. This single runway airport is comparable to a small town U.S. runway. I am planning to return soon and I will be visiting the local flight school. Davao has modern amenities in the local area and is recommended as a place to check out.

Worst airport!

The immigration officers all suck! They are disrespectful to their fellow kababayan and would intimidate and humiliate you with so much questions as if you are a criminal when all you just wanted is to travel and enjoy life. I've never experienced that in any immigration even in abroad. just only in Clark! They are all acting as if their airport is high-class.

The saddest part is, because you have been interrogated and held a long time, the airplane leaves you! As if people are just raking money from the streets. Their hard-earned travel cost would just come to * , re-book a ticket 8-10 times the cost of your original plane ticket.

Come on DMIA! You make the Philippines worse. You're not even worth a single centavo of the big taxes i pay in BIR for your salary.

Worst ever! There's more irritation in the Philippines! And you are one of them!
