Wonderful Town
Been to Point Pleasant and stayed in Gallipolis. The riverboats passing by were very cool and I recommend coming here if you're ever in the area!

Designated as International, located in Papua New Guinea's second largest city, officially became international in 2023.
Was redeveloped by JICA, way newer than before.

Extremely cool and beautiful terminal building and decorations in the upgrade plan. It is planned to be Bhutan's second international airport, with a runway planned to expand it to 3000 m.
If it has a cool landing like Paro or Paro has a beautiful terminal building like Gelephu, it will be perfect.
The Bhutanese wood carving in the planning photo is so cool.

Former RAAF airstrip used during World War II. The site of the former landing strip has been intersected by a new highway for Western Sydney International Airport, which is also the same case with the nearby Kennetts Airfield.

Reply to @ReefShore316: I couldnβt find any record of such airport named "Lykes Mass Romor Airport." The location also points to a private road with no clear indications of two grass airstrips. Are you sure an airport of such name exists?

The airport is open and functional. Yemenia Airways inaugurated the first commercial flight in November 2025, with plans to announce a full flight schedule soon.

Lykes Mass Romor Airport is a Private Airfield facillity owned by Madison Leafrunner. The Airfield has Two Runways which were both grass. This new airport established in 2023 was designed for Madisonβs Piper Cherokee and Cessna 206.
