For the light show of the city. Spectacular.
Bare Bones Airport
There's not much here. A 2 level space, but the simplicity makes it easy to navigate and fast. Not a lot of traffic. Getting into Liberia at night is super dark. There are not a lot of city lights, so don't be surprised. Also, the airport itself has one store on the main level which is expensive. Upstairs, at the gates, there are more, but again expensive is the theme - as it is with all airports.
Absolute chaos
It took me nearly two hours to get through passport control at Joburg airport this morning after my flight from the UK. It was absolutely chaotic with no organisation the queues were four deep and there were very few passport staff available. When approached the staff were most unhelpful avoiding eye contact and shrugging their shoulders saying we the travelling public were being aggressive. This is my first visit to South Africa, and I'm sorry to say it will be my last after this experience. Not a way to encourage tourism.

Hello po! Ask ko lang po, pwede po ba na ang sumagot sa IO is yung tita ng friend ko na kasama namin babyahe pauwi sa kanila sa Europe. My friend and I po kasi will be travelling to Europe with a visitor visa. Ang sponsor po namin is yung tita ng friend ko (kapatid ng mama nya) na isa nang European citizen. Sabay sabay naman po ang byahe namin papunta ng Europe at magbabakasyon lang po kami dun ng friend ko for 2 weeks. Employed naman po ako and may approved leave of absence and working certificate. Yung friend ko naman po eh unemployed. Pwede po ba yung ganun?

Hi po ask ko lang if i recently renewed my passport may record po ba ang IO sa window related sa old passport? If magkaiba na sila ng passport number?
Arrogant local
two hours ago I went to arrival to pick up my sister and so much traffic in the parking lot...I paid my parking fee in the machine but when I reached the barrier to come out in the parking lot my ticket has expired due to heavy traffic inside the parking lot...suddenly there's one local guy who's for sure working there yelled at me saying " go back go back " I asked the Indian man why do I have to pay again he simply say " what can I do?" I know he can't do anything because of that arrogant local man who's acting like the facilitator or supervisor of that parking but I believe the management of the airport terminal 1 would not tolerate that kind behaviour which will give negative impact in Dubai in terms of tourism.

Mauna na lang po sa IO Counter yung Husband po ninyo (na may dalang ticket ninyong lima para maipakita niya na kasama niya ang family) Tapos susunod po yung lola at aalalayan naman ng guy na 29 years old (Para mako centrate yung IO na may alalalay sa lola.) next yung 22 years old. tapos yung wife na po ang huli. Para naman napapagitnaan ninyo sila.

Ganito na lang po...Yung nag work sa Call Center magdala na lang po ng Company ID,at Leave of Absence sa Company para kung magtanong ang IO may ipapakita siya. Just in case na magtanong. Hanggat maari huwag ng magsalita o magpakita ng ID kung hindi naman hinahanap, kung nasa harap ng IO just relax iabot ang passport eye to eye contact.
Kung sino po ang nag pa book ng ticket siya po ang mauuna sa counter ng IO. para masabi niya na kasama ko ang family ko. at please walang magbabangit na may kakila sa singapore kasi baka maghanap pa ng documents.....Wear appropriate dress. Huwag magdadala ng CV, school credentials sa Hand carry bag baka mapaghinalaan.Good Luck and Enjoy your trip to Singapore...

Kung Lima po kayong mag travel dapat meron po kayong return ticket which na ang booking ay mga 3 days lang. At kung may balak mag stay ng matagal mas magandang kunin na air ticket ay pwedeng i rebook.(Kasi nga the more you stay longer sa SG mas maghihinala ang IO. Kasi mas malaki ang kailangan pera.) Hotel booking para sa family room.

Hindi kami binigyan ng rason kung bakit pareho din naman ang tinanung nila sakin sa tinanung sakin sa NAIA .. 3 kami sa flight namin na nadeport.. Iyak nga ako ng iyak nung sinasabi na samin na may flight na kami pabalik.. Napaka unfair talaga nila.. Kahit 2 days pass hindi manlang kami pinagbgyan..

Valpiro FBO at Val D'Or airport
Val D'Or was great experience!, Valpiro FBO staff were helpful, friendly and efficient, and we had ground power as soon as we had shut down. We had emailed them overnight and, following their response we phoned and made contact. We arrived and parked on the ramp nearest to their facility and were airborne again 58 minutes later after the refuel, coffee and loo stop! Definitely a top-tip in Northern Canada.

My father died in a crash 6/20/1957. He was flying for Medford Air Service . the crash was in a Stearman about 3 miles from Budworm City. Any info or reports would be helpful.

Its my first time applying as tourist in Hongkong..pero nacross exam ako ng immigration officer.may nabanggit sya na dubai.sabi ko tourist po sa hongkong ang apply ko.tapos ininsist nya na ano work pupuntahan ko sa dubai.pag d daw ako umamin is iblock list daw po ako.ayun napaamin na ako na sa dubai nga next destination ko at may work ngaantay sa akin dun.kaya ayun po.pinahold na ako.so sad.my fault.nahuli ako sa bitag nila.

Depends on the situation
I can truly say that it really depends on how you act and how honest you are with the immigration officers. I always travel solo. i'm a 25 year old woman but hindi ko na encounter ma question ng immigration officers. Just make sure that if you say you'll travel as a tourist yun ang gagawin mo at wala ka pinaplano na illegal kasi makikita yun sa actions mo. Keep calm and if you're not hiding anything there will be no problem.
