Victorine Monique just sent me the same verbage via email only she says she is in Salt Lake City Utah and asked for $210.00 to have Timmy flown to the closest airport near me. She claimed she lived several cities over from me. Scam - I reported her to ClassifiedAds.com which is the listing sight she is using in Los Angeles.

It's a scam. Go to a reputable breeder in your own country, preferably one where you can go visit the facilities and see that the animals are happy and healthy. You might think it's expensive, but it's way cheaper than what people are getting scammed for, and you'll actually end up with a puppy, not just a lot of promises.

I have never done anything like this before. I saw a puppy at a Hungarian website and made contact with the breeder.
Please read these letters and give me some advice!

2.thanks for the question am happy you sound caring and more concern about the puppies health, they are currently vets with pedigree and has pets passports already, their parents i have sent over to the pets veterinary because of her age, you said you needed a female puppy and a darker one right? i will be sending one of the darker puppies you see on those pictures i sent to you.
Also as regards the puppy safety you don't have to worry about, she will be okay, i have a reliable pets delivery agency that will take care of that, and shipping will be just for few hours to arrive Budapest.

I need to know if you are a breeder because i am not interested in giving my little girl for breeding, i also need you to assure me that you can take good care of her. Also let me know when you want to take her home. Do you have kids ?
How is the nature of your job ?
Why do you want a puppy at this time ?
Do you have any experience with puppies ?
Will you send me updates about her from time to time and pictures ?
I am just being concerned about the type of home she will be going to, so that is why i am curious to know. I love her so much and i want to make sure she goes to a family that will show her the affection she deserves. Attached to this mail are some of her pictures let me know if you like her.

"To tell you a bit about my self, i am Victorine the wife of Penn. I am 29 and i am expecting my first baby. I got married 3 years back and we are so happily married. I have been with dogs all my life as my Grand Father was a pet lover. I usually go there on holidays and would spend much time with the animals and house pets there. Timmy`s mother Milo was given to me as a wedding gift by my grand father.
We traveled to Victoria East Bay botanic garden research center Cameroon on research purpose. We are out to carry out a research on plants and backs of trees in the Victoria East Bay botanic garden research center Cameroon. The country is good in many species of plants and some of the plants and backs of trees serves as medicines. We would be here for 7 months before going back to the states. The climate here is not good for our puppy as it is too cold out here so the vet doctor advised us to send her to a place where the climate will be favorable for her stay that is why we have decided to give her for adoption. We live at Victoria city Kingston street 216 Samson avenue and do our research work at Victoria east bay botanic garden research center some 5 km from our home .

She said she travled to Victoria East Bay botanic garden research center in Cameroon. She says the climate is not good for Timmy. Please do not send any money to these people.

My pups are suppose to come Thursday providing I send the 200.00 usd cuz they have paid the other 700.00 & my refunds are now 45,000 usd becuz of a lady trying to steal my pups at the airport. This is a nightmare!

On August 21, 2011 I purchased 2 poms from a Kristal Green in Greenville, Mississippi. (supposed to be) She said she & her husband would luv for me to take both so they wud not be seperated. Cost for transportation $360.00 to airport $400.00 home delivery. For 40.00 more it was worth it, then I get email telling me they needed to b insured 1100.00 (refundable) i like a fool sent it, then they tell me they need shots 1550.00 again I paid. Thinking this was it & they were on there way & wud b delivered again an email telling me I needed to pay for City permit & ownership papers. i did this also. Kristal Green (real name Elmeda Muta) promised on the bible that I would receive the pups. The man delivering them was robbed when he went to get the transportation money so he cudnt come down, then someone else tried to claim the pups. I can write a book about this. I have been scammed out of 9000.00 usd & they are still trying to get more from me. The flight tickets expired, feedings, robbery (of course nothing insured). They spoke of the LORD like true Christians. How can they use GOD so horribly. I may have lost the battle but not the war becuz I have GOD on my side & he will handle them on his time. Right now 2months & some days later they call me & say they have put up all the money but 200.00 usd to get them to me by Skypet. Skypet said they are doing me a favor becuz of Brian at Air France. I am very said that this has happened. They took my kindness for weakness & ran with it. i have never purchased animals over the internet & I believed in these people. So sad! I can keep writing but i need about 100 pages to tell all. Who can help me with this? i cant let 9000.00 just go out the window.

I have a question for you in regards to this scam. When you paid for the actually certificate of ownership (so the person says) did you get an email from urpet. Ex sayin to pay for the money through western union? And then when you did so did you get an email saying when the flight would be taking off from cameroon and arriving at your destination

hi sarah, i dont know if it is to late, but i fell for a scam for sugar gliders from cameroon, and i called the Western Credit Union (which im assuming they asked you to wire money from) and they have a fraud hotline and it allows you to cancel your money transfers. I am lucky i found this site because i cancelled my transfer shortly after. The best of luck :)

derick07@hotmail.co.uk selling 10 week old chihuahua puppies.... its a scam!! found him on pets4homes website - unfortunately im one of the unlucky ones to be fooled by his emails :-( now i have no money i saved up or no puppy !! please everyone, be careful, and as the policeman told me - when buying a pet, always ALWAYS go see it first before purchasing it!!

@anonymousflyer-I've tried the lounge there too and its excellent! I think it was called Pearl Lounge. Internet was fast, food was tasty, staff were friendly, seats were comfortable and whats great is that they allow walk-in passengers (I was flying economy).
