THIS IS A SCAM!!! This is the email I received when inquiring about a pom puppy Listed in Dockweiler Beach, California - this is a scam. That same email rsponse is listed at the Cameroon Douala International airport.

We would be here for 7 months and we do not really have time to take good care of Timmy that is why we have decided to give her for adoption.

Victorine Monique just sent me the same verbage via email only she says she is in Salt Lake City Utah and asked for $210.00 to have Timmy flown to the closest airport near me. She claimed she lived several cities over from me. Scam - I reported her to ClassifiedAds.com which is the listing sight she is using in Los Angeles.

In spite of the strong Political will this Airport could not be activated.The best option is to at least start helicopter operations.Has a good potential of passenger traffic.The need is of an entrepreneurship.
Great Facility, very reasonable fuel prices and great servic
Runway 36-18 bumpier in spring as frost leaves ground, but last writer below completely exagerates condition. Both my planes based here, and in addition to light aircraft, Dash, Metro, Hawker and RJ traffic regularly use runway with no difficulty. Staff always prepared to provide for transportation needs, whether calling for or furnishing rides. Exceptional mechanical and paint shop too, providing services to commercial and private operators. Very reasonable fuel prices and no parking fees. Head and shoulders above Sault airport (CYAM) in every respect. Same distance to town as CYAM, so for visiting traffic, CPF2 is much better with cheaper fuel, no landing fees, no parking fees and abundantly helpful and capable service attendants on site. Water aerodrome as well at this facility, both on Lake George and taxi up Bar River to base, or on water runway parallel to 36-18.
Ground transportation
There's a station for the "L" train Orange Line in the terminal: ~25 minutes to downtown and the Loop.

This is where Porter Airlines flies from downtown Toronto.
Gawler Aerodrome
Pricipally a glider aerodrome run by a club.
It has fuel and hot water, nothing else.
If you know someone there by all means visit the place otherwise stay away they do not like visitors.
Having said that once they get rid of the current management comittee it will turn into a nice place, if you think I am wrong or biased then by all means go there

It is wonderful airport with excellent infrastructure. Should be able to take up international flights.The hill in the approach of RWY 26 if chopped by few meters, the airport can take B747 operations.The only one to do so in Rajasthan (B747 operations)

Back in 1999 I was traveling to Australia for business. I managed to spend some time visiting Cairns. I flew up from Sydney on a 747-SP, walked down the jet stairs on to the apron - cool! Then later on in the week I rented a C172, VH-WHK, along with an instructor to fly up the coastline sight seeing. Amazing! I also was amazed to see an HF radio in this C172 - but this made sense, since you are often in the outback. Great times - I hope it is still the same or better.

its my first time to go back pinas arriving on DM airport sa Clark. im bringing a tv which only 32 inch. I got stuck with the custody officer kasi daw ng exceed ng 10,000 ang dala ko sa dapat ako mgbyad ng tax for the tv i bought... i was shock sa total amount of tax... 15% custom tax + 12% vat = 27% total tax... Im not the only one who bring home tv during that time we are 5 in the plane some bringing 40,42 & 32 inch, but im the only one na hinarang and they ask me to go to the office to calculate ung babayaran ko.. If may policy kyo na gnyan i post nio sa Airport explaining ung mga tax na gusto nio ipabayad at hindi ung manual kyo ngcocompute halatado na ibubulsa nio lang ung makokolekta nio... At why of all mga kapwa nio Pinoy ang sinisingil nio samantalang ang dmi foreign na dapat singilin sa excess baggage plang masyado nio na pinapaboran ang ibang nation... Excellent destination
Huge runway, easy to find, useful unicom and friendly folks in the FBO - great place to go, a useful alternative to Muskoka. Unfortunately, uncontrolled - but otherwise absolutely recommended to visit. Watch out for the floatplanes approaching - they actually complete a normal circuit for the runway 17, only to skim the concrete surface and land in a pond at the end of it! Looks unusual...

I parked the tempo traveller van TN 31 AE 0701[ AKR Group] on 3-11-2011 at 06.00 AM in ordinary car parking area beyond police station. They issued a machine receipt RS 100/- for premium parking . When I came back with my family at 11.45 AM they asked to pay RS 100/- more. But in AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF INDIA displayed tariff is VAN/MINIBUS/COACH Rs 70/-. The contractor KARNATAKA AVIATION SUPPORT SERVICE PVT LTD [KASS] Collecting unauthorised charges for van parking. So kindly take necessary action and suggest to fix boards indicating van /car premium and ordinary charges/ areas, also advice to licensee to avoid this types of robberies.

A high tension powerline runs accross the runway 18 threshold. Landings are to the north only, takeoffs to the south only.

The Cargair base at Lac Kaigamac is closed, fuel is available a few miles north at the Marina "Nautique" in St-Michel-des-Saints on Lac Taureau

It's a scam. Go to a reputable breeder in your own country, preferably one where you can go visit the facilities and see that the animals are happy and healthy. You might think it's expensive, but it's way cheaper than what people are getting scammed for, and you'll actually end up with a puppy, not just a lot of promises.
