This used to be a nice aviation community until it filled up with retired riff raff. Because of increased human activity it is now run down, full of litter, crowded and overun with groups of people with too much time on their hands. DO NOT move here! The people here are disfunctional and have no respect for the law. They have no lives of their own and want you to help them pass the time. It is getting worse and worse. The majority of property owners do not maintain their property and the home owners association does not enforce it's own rules and covenants.Their website is a joke and is misleading.
