Very nice airport but if you are flying in a private aircraft make sure to land on the right runway cause one is abandoned.

A lot better than it used to be!
A great improvement on the old airport and nice not too busy terminal. Staff often surly and unpleasant, but the departures hall is nicely laid out and easy to navigate. Still under utilised and with poor range of scheduled flights plenty of charters in the summer though.
THE STAFF ARE PATHETIC
They are there to assist and gets paid for it but they are useless, no manners or people skills. I went through the check-in and needed guidance to confirm the departure level, well he sat there not greeting me after I greeted him, looked at me like I am disturbing him and such an effort to get him out of the chair to check. Very rude reply stating the number.. DISGUSTING.

Hindi mahigpit ang mga Inmigration officer ng Pinas pag 90days ang binigay sayo ng Japanese embassy, kase usually ang binibigyan ng 90days visa is kapamilya ng Pinoy na first degree ang cosanguinity and/or affinity, like kapatid, magulang, anak, at ung may mga japanese blood.

Another complicated airport
Not a great transit airport, not a place you want to be, bad service, lousy shops and restaurants, no resting area.
Beautiful airport
Excellent shops and restaurants, and the wooden furnish is really nice.
Spacey and pleasant airport
This is surprisingky the better of the US international airports. Plenty of space nice restaurants, good music.
Avoid transit through this airport
It is basically a terrible airport, bad service, lazy and sour responses from staff everywhere. Most importantly avoid transit as immigration is so slow that you risk losing your connecting flights. USA is a terrible country to transit through as you need entry visa and are forced to enter the country also when you simply are travelling in transit. Do not travel there unless you really have to. Avoid transit by all means.
Best transit airport in the world
in my opinion, everything run above standard, security, immigration, connections and transfer service, restaurants, shops, areas to rest etc.
Lousy transit airport
Complicated and difficult to get around, service and shops not great. Not a good transit ariport in my view.
A Big Question to the parking vehicle management
You want or you don't want, you have to pay the parking fees forcefully!!!
There is a "6 minutes time span" for vehicle entry and exit at Bhubaneswar Airport. If you exit within that then you no need to pay Rs.60/-(charge for 2 hours parking) as parking charge. But it is surprising that even if you come before time, they will make you wait and pay that amount Rs.60/-.
When you ask about the administration and the authority for this to complain about, they just escape and also threaten sometimes. Even they don't carry any ID card.
There are so many unanswered questions,
1. Who are the authorities to be contacted for any kind of issues at the airport parking?
2. All the airports have separate parking lot for the vehicles. Instead of doing that, why is BBI charging it for everyone ? etc...
As a common man, it is piercing when someone charges you in an unauthorized way.

A country air dome
I visited the air dome when I had a flight review on 15th of Oct 2017.
It was nice to drop here for having some T & Gos in the C-X flight.

Avgas is available, pay at Adelaide Soaring Club office if a visiting pilot.

re: Bribery at the airport - it's disgusting!
Wow, the same thing happened to my sister 2 years ago. She was so stunned by the request that it took her a few moments to digest it. Like you, she paid up and fumed about it once we got home. I, personally, had my luggage broken into, and all the new stuff I had bought was stolen. It left a bitter taste in my mouth.
I heard that security in the baggage area has toughened up. But I guess they couldn't get rid of the insidious cancer.

Your staff are disgusting theives today 18.10.17 they harassed and robbed a foreigner entering the country. They gentlemen from Colombia was called into their office searched 25 dollars which was all in his wallet was take from him as well as his sunglasses. Please believe this matter will be take to the highest authority digusted and emabrassed to be South African today

Great small airport, fast in fast out!
Really user friendly airport with fast throughput. Nice duty free now and good shops. A new airpotrt and runway are now being constructed on the far side of the runway. Always a joy to use this airport which was one an RAF wartime airbase. RAF Tymvou.

yes po ako lang po mag isa. sinecure ko na po lahat ng mga documents specially yung mga Ipinasa ko before sa agency. dasal na lang din po siguro kasi may mga nainterview po ako na first time nila kapag daw po nakita 90 days ok na un dahil relatives mo naman ang pupuntahan mo. karaniwang maquestion daw po sa mga tlgang nagtotourist ng mga days upto 1 month. but not so sure po ha siguro it depends pa din po. hope maging ok
Wonderful Service & Free to land Private Planes
Port Hawkesbury Airport - Landed there a few weeks ago and it was a pleasure! Recently they had new ownership and I have to say they are great! They are offering more then ever; including ice, water/Gatorade and always have coffee brewing. Staff was extremely accommodating and eager to help. They had competitive fuel prices and no landing fee for private aircrafts which is great! Will be back.

Latest for Greenbank ... from a flying in visitor
I flew into Greenbank airport on Sunday 24 September 2017. The main runway (Turf) was cut and serviceable. Marked by orange cones ... As far as (06/24) is concerned - It is gone.
There were a few aircraft parked on the field.
There is NO fuel. I attempted to get some - four times. The pump worked but the tanks were dry.
Fortunately I took my 2 gallon Jerry-can from my baggage compartment and walked to the nearby Shell Gas station and bought some MoGas. 3 trips.
PATHETIC SERVICE ASSISTED PASSENGER CARE DEPARTMENT / CENTR

I would like to bring to your attention the pathetic, devastating experience I had last night whilst being at the OR Tambo Airport.
I brought my mum in who was flying to kzn on a Mango flight. she had just come out of hospital and had to be on a wheel chair. My mum was taken to the ASSISTED PASSENGER DEPARTMENT at the Airport. the staff members on duty at that time are extremely unfriendly and rude. The Manager that was there (Thoko) has no customer service at all. she was screaming and shouting at us. my mom was waiting for an hour no one had assisted us or asked if any help was needed. the flight was at 8:50 pm at 8:40 we had to ask if someone is going to take her to the plane as she was in a wheel chair. The Wheel Chair assistant was also very rude she just left my mom unattended he name is Kelegibole her attitude stinks she should be fired you don't treat people that way. We are paying for the services and expect to be treated well.
I trust that action be taken against that department. they were all eating and playing with cell phones and screaming and laughing instead of being professional that place was a fish market.... this incident is being reported to the consumer board as well and to the newspapers. OR Tambo will get a bad name due to staff members you have employed above............
I demand that serious action be taken. If needed I will personally come to the Airport and identify all those staff members.....
