Nice Airport to visit!
Uber serves this airport, it's a short ride to the Carp Farmers Market on Saturday mornings (one of the largest farmers markets around)
Village of Carp also has a couple of nice coffee shops, a micro-brew restaurant, amazing ice-cream shop.
March Golf Course is across the street of the rwy 28 threashold (it's a long walk, but Uber would be a short ride, could potentially call the golf course for a ride too)

Clear Creek International Airport
Clear Creek International Airport is a very challenging grass airstrip. It not only requires a Supercub, Maule, Husky, light Cessna 180 or similar type aircraft, but very a proficient pilot too. History
Abbas Ibn Firnas Airport was operational as a major passenger airport from 1945 until May 1981. It was opened in 1939 as a military airstrip. Through its operational years, it had 4 runways. It had two original runways, one E/W crosswind runway which was closed, and one runway which was requisitioned as a taxiway. Two new runways were built between 1970 and 1980. Today, not much remains of the airport.
Brief History
According to local Thai historians, the original temporary airstrip was located here. In 1954, it was closed when the new Loei Airport opened.

The Canada Flight Supplement current to 17 April 2025 lists Morrisburg as an open airport, code CNS8. I'm not sure why it was marked closed; maybe someone was confused as the airport only operates 16 May to 15 Oct and has Xs placed on the runway for the winter.

It has 440m asphalt runway with 50m grass stopends each side. There is Hangar with office and rest area. Fuel can be delivered upon request.

Reply to @david: I feel like the pilots going into St Barts enjoy the challenge. That hill being on approach due to prevailing winds seems utterly wild, but the frequency of incidents here is lower than many other more "conventional" airfields.

We sat on our plane for over an hour waiting for the truck to come and de-ice our plane then it ran out of de-icer and didn’t com back for over another hour! We were not updated and why is there not more support to de-ice planes? This is not good practice, customer service or acceptable for us to have to sit here for over 2 hours. I personally had to try to rearrange my transportation from the airport as I had a previously scheduled van pick up. Everyone is very frustrated.

Possibly briefly in use as a STOL strip, but not to be confused with the Aruba Flying Club airfield (De Vuijst Field) which was active from 1942 through the 1970s, to the south or the Palo Marga drag strip to the north, which hosted one landing and takeoff of a Canadian Learjet air ambulance 24 May 2006 which mistook Palo Marga for Queen Juliana International Airport (big whoops).

here in Italy there are no districts, delegations or counties ------ you see it says REGION = Liguria, PROVINCE = Genoa with the writing GE, MUNICIPALITY = GENOA always with the writing GE.

Ezhou HuaHu Airport is up and running. 27 November 2022 news, an all-cargo plane taking off from Shenzhen Baoan Airport landed smoothly at Ezhou HuaHu Airport early this morning. After unloading, this aircraft quickly loaded express mail and returned to flight. This marks the opening and operation of cargo route of Ezhou HuaHu Airport.

All services moved to Lombok, and while the facility remains mostly intact from current imagery, there is now a motocross circuit over part of the former runway.
